In terms of stock market performance and macro level, yes. But typical working class people who live paycheck-to-paycheck likely don’t have the luxury of investing in the stock market and other assets.

Corporate media which is mainly owned and run by right leaning groups did a good job at swaying the narrative their way. Trump is a good liar and says whatever to get people to vote for him but watch him not follow through on any of his populist policies.
