Onions, garlic, brown sugar, mustard, a tomato, grapefruit, a couple habaneros, and pork. I like a little crisp so I used baking soda which is where a lot of the bubbles are coming from as it interacts with all the acids. It leaves a crust and adds electrolytes to the dish on reaction #cooking
