When I used to run (sporadically) I’d always go hard and feel like death, usually sprinting the last bit of each mile, and I hated it. Now that I’ve moved past my mental block of thinking running slow is embarrassing and doesn’t count, I LOVE running at an easy conversation pace for miles at a time.
