Story premise: An alternate world where adult humans and baby humans essentially seem the same to whatever other more advanced species. Like after a very young age they fully utilize everything they consume so it's essentially diapers and then nothing for them. No bathrooms.

I heard a story about someone who went through TSA diapered and they had no problem with the diaper but made them change because it was holding too much liquid. TSA initiated diaper change would be crazy embarrassing.

But it's impossible. My job has 10+ locations worldwide and the CEO travels around and has an office in all of them but you're always going to have managers growing their team because managing more people sounds more impressive or people paying to expedite things just for it to sit for weeks
