The woman in red is Susan Dell, wife of Dell Computers founder Michael Dell who is standing on the other side of her. Michael, who Trump doesn't realize is in the room, is literally within his arm's reach. Susan Dell is a victim of Mar-a-Lago face. Here is a zoomed out pic from a few minutes later:
