Mostly scripted right now, but modular: you rebuild your identity through an HR terminal, choosing background traits and 3 career terms that affect stats, skills, and history. It's not procedural in the sense that there are no random elements to character generation. You have agency in chargen.

When using AI to generate ideas you still have to use your intuition to mine the good ideas. Try not to use the AI as an expert that does something for you but rather as a helper that helps you do a specific thing. That way you remain the subject matter expert and can tell when the AI is wrong.

There are a lot of existing classic adventures you could easily adapt to mongoose traveller. You could take your favorite classic adventure and convert it into Mongoose 2nd edition as an exercise and see how it works.
