You're probably correct, I never did it. What amazed me was that Claude wrote diagnostic software by itself, helped troubleshoot the issue, and even started the car, lol. Dude just had a cable, without any software…

One of the coolest things I've read recently! Dude gave Claude a cable and asked it to troubleshoot his Kia, which wouldn't start Claude wrote the code, told him to plug it into the car and turn it on, diagnosed the problem and the guy found the root cause for his car not starting up OMG

I freaking love Linear. It used to work like a charm and even showed a small pop-up when GitHub was down, but now it seems Linear is down itself and the status page shows everything is fine...

Guys, what are you rocking these days? Opus 5.5 or Fable 5.1? Or something else? I'm still with Fable, but I read on Reddit that Opus 5.5 is pretty good… Should I switch to Opus 5.5?

I got this email recently, basically because of EU regulations Claude will add some watermarks… Not sure how this will work when I ask it to fix typos in my text, lol. What do you guys think about this news?

Jurijs @cyberpunk.tools · 23/09/2026
Even if Claude writes and does everything himself, I just need to understand how it works under the hood. Have you guys bought any courses recently, or am I the last Udemy user still throwing money away on these courses, lol 😂

Jurijs @cyberpunk.tools · 23/09/2026
Just bought a DynamoDB course on Udemy. In 2026. Am I crazy? Not sure where we're going with AI, and probably we'll never need to write any code by hand, but I really struggle to get my head around DynamoDB and indexes. 👇

First time hitting fable 5.1 safeguards, I was hoping with 5.1 I would not see those anymore 🙁

Jurijs @cyberpunk.tools · 13/09/2026
That is an option for sure.

How often do notorious cyber criminals contact you about security issues? I just got my first one. Looks fishy, but part of me wonders if the guy is actually onto something this time. Would you trust him? Or just delete the email and move on? Asking for a friend who runs a monitoring SaaS 😅

if you add spot-instances-request tag, but the ASG launches On-Demand (which is most setups) then it will fail to launch instances

Jurijs @cyberpunk.tools · 09/09/2026
Note to self: a launch template tag can break your AWS ASG

Ok, I’m not a designer but this doesn’t look right It used to be just 3 options or so, now it is just sooo confusing Strava 🤮

Hot take: GitHub should stop inventing new revenue models (like billing us for using our own runners) and focus on the basic thing we're already paying for: uptime.

And I don’t care if we never reach AGI. All I want to say is that LLMs are the biggest invention of our century even in current shape and this is just a beginning.
000
Jurijs @cyberpunk.tools · 12/08/2026
Imagine we apply LLMs to other industries even in a ways we didn’t even imagined, yet. How many lives will be saved, how many lives will be impacted!

Jurijs @cyberpunk.tools · 12/08/2026
Imagine more people will use LLMs as coaches to hit their fitness targets and to be more healthy. How much lives will be saved and how many lives will be improved because less people will have heart diseases and so on.

Jurijs @cyberpunk.tools · 12/08/2026
I used LLM as my coach for preparing to endurance bike race. And I did achieved my goal with such coach.

Jurijs @cyberpunk.tools · 12/08/2026
Next, let’s imagine LLM helped to predict some types of cancer. This is pretty big, correct? Now imagine how it can be applied even wider to medicine industry to save lives.

Jurijs @cyberpunk.tools · 12/08/2026
Now imagine this important industry get a new tool - LLM what is used almost by anyone in this industry. I think it is pretty big deal, no?

Jurijs @cyberpunk.tools · 12/08/2026
I think it is safe to say software and software development is most important area in modern world.
110
Jurijs @cyberpunk.tools · 12/08/2026
I think it is very important, my phone, TV, heat-pump, washing machine are connected to internet and most probably majority items I touch were produced in factories were software is used from designing to manufacturing and everything in between.

Jurijs @cyberpunk.tools · 12/08/2026
To all Anti-Ai folks. Let me ask you, how important is a software in modern age? 🧵

I like github, but in one area gitlab is superior: re-using pipelines. You can simply do this: include: - component: gitlab_com/statusalert_io/ci-components/claude-review@main To re-use in github, you can't get away with 2 lines, you need triggers, permissions and so on, set up every single time

Opus 5 or Fable? What are you guys rocking these days? I didn't deep dive into this, but from what I've seen on Reddit, the consensus is that Fable is still better. I personally decided to stick with Fable for now.

I've paid for Claude for almost a year and was totally fine on Max 5x. Now I check my usage every five minutes, slowly digesting the fact that I'll soon be paying 2x more. P.S. Don't get me wrong, I love Claude Code, I just wish it were a bit cheaper, lol.

Jurijs @cyberpunk.tools · 23/07/2026
I hate hitting usage limits in Claude. Starting to think they introduced Fable so everyone gets hooked on it and eventually upgrades to a bigger plan or buys more credits.

Second time this week I’ve hit Claude Fable’s safeguards 😀😀😀 And this time all I asked about was the Hugging Face hack, lol

Jurijs @cyberpunk.tools · 20/07/2026
And to add more, I was just doing some boring troubleshooting... 😯😯😯

Anthropic extended Fable till the end of this week 🥳🥳🥳 I've only used 41% of my weekly limit... pretty sure I'll burn through the rest by tomorrow though 😭😭😭

Claude, why do I now need to run "/review" 2 times if there is just 1 PR??? Previously I would run "/review", it would see 1 PR and would start reviewing it, now it asks what PR I want to review even if there is just 1 PR?
