Havent posted here in ages BUT the desperate search to find people to commission your new favorite character with a self insert is the most maddening thing ever like 😭

If you're a creator who: - Takes long break periods - Creates very slowly - Has another full time job or engagement - Struggles with productivity - Is inconsistent I'm sorry to tell you... YOU'RE STILL A VALID CREATOR BECAUSE CREATING IS TIED TO PASSION, NOT PRODUCTIVITY 💜✨️

My most popular illustration on the previous bird app, the character is Halcyon. A water yeen :] Still love the simplicity of it, photography draw overs are always fun to work with.

Sorry y'all But I'm that one artist who will show a WIP and possibly NEVER finish it as I leave it on the pile of "unfinished artworks that I'll never touch unless I feel like it but that's unlikely as I'm lazy and have other plans that interfere with my current plans and that's called sleeping"

It's crazy how being in the right atmosphere changes your mindset. I've been scrolling for an hour looking at art and not once have I felt dreadful, wasting my time or defensive over when I'll see the next negative take. It's so peaceful and motivating. All this is making me wanna draw now!!

Trying to get out of the habit that i have to be 100% professional posting on social media is so hard to break. Like wdym i can post doodles and sketches and people will see it? I can talk about things i like finally? I can chat with people without worrying about how it’ll affect my reach? Its nice

"Moring Star" This was the first painting I was really proud of. The edges are clean, the dragon feels solid and the brush strokes in the background give it motion. #oilpainting #oilpaint #canvas #dragon #traditonal #physical

A bright red dragon against a blue gradient background with a halo of light holding up a single star above the dragon's head.

My Mortal Kombat self insert! Its a lot but she was basically the last survivor of her team so Shang Tsung experimented on her and turned her into a outer realm fighter. Raiden saves her but doesn’t trust her enough to go back to earthrealm, so shes stuck in outer realm (1/2) #art #selfinsert #oc
