I see, it's a little misleading though, extrapolating over 100 years into the future for something largely related to traffic was never really realistic. Makes for a good headline though.

Where does 193 years come from? The average life of a car is somewhere around 15 years, so every vehicle will have been replaced 12 times over that time. ULEZ has no doubt improved air quality, but 193 years makes no sense.
