Looking at a complication of them now... it's really nice to see how they convey time of day in outdoor shots. It's really just a ratio of magenta or teal. Nighttime? more teal Daytime? more magenta

They're really a marvel... it's something that hasn't really been recreated in a production environment since it came out. They really knew how to rescale and simplify Tokyo, interiors, foliage, etc. to re-contextualize the show into a romantic, dreamlike space.

You need to understand that it doesn't matter for me that Team-o Suprem-o is lost media because I remember most of the show before you can even perceive me making a tier list of all Daria seasons with preferred episodes per season

You must accept hearing a 3 hour long dissertation of the values of each version of Thundercats before you have me at my "No the April fools showing of Aqua Teen Hunger Force is the most optimal way to watch the entire show"

100

If you don't love me at my "Jem is Adventure, Glamour and Glitter, Fashion and Fame" You can't have me at my "Oh my god Is she trying to mimic the King of the Hill theme at 2am"

The more complicated rigs get, the less I'll do things based entirely on physics chaining lmao. Having augs and then dealing with animations, toggles, etc. and having that all interlock and somehow be able to work with future updates? nah lmao

Cwunchy 🍤 @cwunchy.bsky.social · 23/04/2025

im good no augs unless begged

Can't wait for the new Live2D update! it'll be a great workflow save for many people who can't do custom masking! But also, we're probably heading into a spaghetti-code level of organization in files lmao...

The best part of live2D, prepping, and being anal with names and conventions is searching for terms related to anatomy and fashion Bustier is a corset without boning, the boob bag is called a bust shelf, there are different types of harness/buckles/buttons/etc...

AE has such a deathgrip on me just from scripting and plugins I hate it... but I love using it... If it's that good for motion graphics and templates it's time to learn it If you find anything cool please share it 👀

OH I GET IT... Well if you follow on twitch, there's a free carl emote waiting for you to use LMAO

Being a vtuber means you can make a tag for anything related to you! it doesn't have to be just clips/fanart/etc... anyways introducing my new tag #selfshrimp where I'll be posting selfship art of me and other characters-

If I weren't such a pussy, bake-along streams would be so cute and fun... Maybe there's an easy set-up that can be done for like... food focused streams... without me there...

It's pray for my oven & taste buds Monday!!! Can anyone guess what I'm baking? (*´꒳`*) #baking #vtuber #vsky (sorry) #cwunchcore

Thank you for these! While haskell is probably a language I'll never use (?) it'll be nice to look into it's operators and how it's syntax works

Cwunchy 🍤 @cwunchy.bsky.social · 08/03/2025

Really?! Is there any reading you can recommend on this? I'm fairly younger and don't have any older generation of coders to ask for any oral history here
