hi it's me christine! i like using ink, paper, steel, photons, comics, music, words, magnetic tape, found objects, machines, monsters, instruments, artifacts, rituals, and games to tell stories about speculative worlds full of harmony and noise and weird lil creatures.

this here's rusty, a TIG-welded steel sheet robot animal and weird lil guy.

An icosahedral LED-lit mirror box called Parallax which I illustrated and built with @rpearl.bsky.social, shown here on display for the Glow festival of lights at the Exploratorium in San Francisco.

I made an electric lapsteel guitar with a pocket multitool in the woods from a piece of driftwood and foraged materials. (i unfortunately was not able to forage steel-wound strings, wood screws, or a pickup. maybe next time)
