Cvolton @cvolton.bsky.social · 26/08/2026I think GitHub has the biggest stretch of a definition of "All Systems Operational" out of all big tech services because I wouldn't exactly call "takes 5 minutes to load any repo and you can't upload files into releases" operational 110
Cvolton @cvolton.bsky.social · 24/08/2026I love how I can easily tell when the Spanish football season starts by the amount of bug reports I'm getting about websites I manage being inaccessible in Spain 010

Cvolton @cvolton.bsky.social · 22/07/2026Decided to write up a blog post about the ancient Windows Movie Maker bug where it completely messed up colors of some images. It's not exactly a scientific write up but it doesn't seem that anyone ever tried to dive deep into this, so hopefully it can be a useful starting point 23711

Cvolton @cvolton.bsky.social · 15/06/2025RobTop is the only game developer who can kill the Magic tab by adding a blank level there... (it's probs trying to load a deleted level, lists have been affected by the same bug ever since they were added) 280
Reposted by CvoltonEdness @edness.bsky.social · 05/06/2025How's so-obscure-it-might-as-well-be-lost media for ya? Growing up, I had this DVD of a show called Floc which was translated to Estonian (Pipp?), Latvian (Ūdens stāsts), Lithuanian (Sniegius), and Russian (Флок). (Estonian title might be wrong, that's just what's sung in the intro in place of Floc) 141
Cvolton @cvolton.bsky.social · 18/05/2025breaking news: RobTop just capped level search at 501 pages - loading any page over this number just loads page 501 over and over (unless you filter for rated levels only) 1140
Cvolton @cvolton.bsky.social · 15/04/2025CORRECTION: This button is meant to play an ad, it just doesn't work anymore Unlike the current GD spinoffs, here it seems that you don't get any rewards for doing this - you only give RobTop money This is what you were actually meant to see 0150
Cvolton @cvolton.bsky.social · 24/03/2025can someone help me out? I recall reading that Etzer got banned from Newgrounds and had to ask to be unbanned before he could upload his own songs - while this doesn't seem to be true, it's likely that I'm just confusing him with another GD creator/artist. Anyone know who? 050
Cvolton @cvolton.bsky.social · 07/03/2025Dear Friends of Geometry Dash, I would like to apologize for spreading misinformation. In my last video I said that "BP Night" was the first level to get unrated because of a secret way. This is false - it was actually "Fire Countless" by Mask (formerly 6*). BP Night only lost its rating later. 071

Cvolton @cvolton.bsky.social · 07/09/2024so I recently decided to try recovering teletext from VHS tapes and I'm really impressed with how good quality recoveries you can get from a medium that seemingly never had enough bandwidth to store it Below are restored captures from 1997 and 2001 respectively 160
