Hi all, I've just seen something unbelievable. I was driving along the A49 Ludlow-Shrewsbury Rd following a 25 plate Defender 110 when he suddenly went from 60-0 instantly & stopped dead causing chaos. I asked him if everything was ok. 18 month old defender totally broke down.😬

Hi all, fermentation is now over. I've just removed the fruit then added finings & stabiliser. Tomorrow just need to add the last stabiliser then I can decant it into my demijohn. According to the hydrometer atm it's measuring spirit strength level.😂😂😂
