Absolutely devastated to find out my dear friend Samara passed away at the weekend. She found friends wherever she went, and it breaks my heart that there were ever times where she couldn't see just how much she was loved. Thoughts are very much with all of her chosen family x

8 years, 8 months, 11 days. That's how long it took from my referral to my first appointment with an NHS gender clinic, though won't get any care or support until at least my next appointment which could be another year or two away. Looking forward to finally finding out if I'm trans 🏳️‍⚧️⚧️🤞😏

Why should genitals supersede brains? This is the argument one would have liked to read. The Court’s discussion is poorly informed and simplistic. No doubt the clarity of its conclusion will be welcomed by some, but reducing a complex subject to an overly simple one is not what is needed. Their Lordships would have benefited from a refresher course on sex and gender differentiation.

Really happy to have spent the weekend in That There London at some intimate Metallica shows with a few friends. Highlight for me though was hearing Rob and Kirk playing through Ian Dury's Sex & Drugs & Rock & Roll. Naturally, it was very good indeed 😌
