One year ago today I had a heart attack and triple bypass surgery. I’ve spent the last year working hard to be healthy. I’m not sharing this from ego. I want people to know …never give up. This life is a journey and every day is precious…don’t waste it. Thinking of doing a blog about this journey.

RIP little guy. He would have turned 16 next month. Winston II was a wonderful addition to our family. He came to us when he was six in 2016. Life is never the same when one leaves us.
