Update as of February 10, 10:47 AM: The Yamanote Line’s inner loop is now running but experiencing significant delays due to track issues. Trains between Tamachi and Tabata are using the Keihin-Tohoku Line tracks, and will not stop at Uguisudani Station. Expect longer travel times. 山手線
