Parliament refurbishment is so expensive because gov contracts are zero-risk. HMG always pays, so contractors overcharge and taxpayers pick up the tab. No accountability. no nothing. Look at Fujitsu, they still hold HMG contracts. It's a mad system.

The Americans have moved a carrier group into the region. Likelihood is they will authorise strikes across Iran to target critical infrastructure and IRG high-profile targets. Similar to when they dropped "bunker-busters" last year. That will bump it up the news.
