Did a redraw based on Ashleigh's first design for a post on twitter, been a while since I saw the original. I drew that one in 2018, before I had drawn anything more complex than simple human heads.

This week kinda sucks but I have these snake roughs if they're worth anything.

Opened up a Deadlock wip and was pleasantly surprised with this incredibly rough sketch of Rem.

Lore time. This one revolves around the dragon sisters and their living situations. Does this incredibly specific circumstance hold up in real-world law? Who cares, it's fiction and it fits the story I'm trying to tell.

Made a rough animation of my never-played Thri-Kreen, Kri-Thiks. Because she spends a lot of time around other races, she uses her hands to emote with her eyes since she has no eyelids.

Rough Sangheili animation. Getting some sort of animation practice in between drawing the comic. #halo #animation #roughanimation

Trying to do some practice with values using Ivy's gloat Icon and it's going pretty meh... I don't hate it, it's readable, but I've clearly got a long way to go.

Making comics is tedious and I'm starting to consider scrapping my very average shading just to get it done sooner.

Small preview of the Pseudoregalia animation, got the problem shot tied down and ready for clean-up! Optimistically aiming to have it done before the end of next week.

Trying out a sketchier, flatter rendering style for comics to try and get them cleaned up and finished quicker. Kinda torn between having some basic flat shading or none at all.

Some more fun lore, this time revolving around Ashleigh and dragons!

Progress has been a lil bit slow everywhere on account of a few annoying things, so I figured I'd share a shot of an unrelated compositing practice I did a few weeks ago. All done in Toon Boom!
