TaWanda Stallworth for State House Hatred has absolutely no home here, whether that be in the halls of Harrisburg, here in the 199th, or anywhere across Pennsylvania. www.facebook.com/share/p/1DLz...
This week, the news was covered in stories about a House member who used disgusting, hateful language to vilify and put down one of our state’s strongest leaders, Rep. Malcolm Kenyatta.
This kind of hatred has absolutely no home here, whether that be in the halls of Harrisburg, here in the 199th, or anywhere across Pennsylvania. Everyone deserves dignity and respect, regardless of their identity or background - those are the values that built our state and nation, and make us Pennsylvanians.

Rep. Nate Davidson Today, my 10th bill was voted out of the Pennsylvania House! The house voted unanimously to pass my legislation strengthening due process and transparency for local property owners! www.facebook.com/share/p/1CBR...
This bill was inspired directly by conversations right here at home after a constituent in Camp Hill brought this issue to my attention. When residents receive a municipal zoning violation, current law does not clearly require the notice to warn them that steep fines can accrue for each day an issue goes unresolved, or that missing an appeal deadline closes the door on challenging it entirely.
For everyday homeowners trying to navigate local ordinances without an expensive attorney, that lack of clarity can quickly lead to unexpected financial hardship.
This common-sense measure amends the Pennsylvania Municipalities Planning Code to ensure enforcement notices spell out potential daily penalties in plain English. Local governments keep their authority to enforce community standards, while residents get fair, transparent information upfront so issues can be resolved promptly.
Good policy starts with listening to our neighbors. Next stop: the Senate!

TaWanda Stallworth for State House I'll be honest: I never imagined myself cutting a ribbon for campaign headquarters. I'm not a career politician. I'm not someone who grew up going from ribbon-cutting to ribbon-cutting. www.facebook.com/share/r/1Ewf...
So when my family, our team, and community members came together for that moment, it stayed with me.
That ribbon signified what becomes possible when people come together, look out for one another, and believe their community deserves better.
Our biggest dreams shouldn't feel out of reach for working people. Our hopes shouldn't be treated like they're too big.
This is how we build community.

It's harvest season in Cumberland County, and someone near you is up before sunrise. Soybeans and corn are coming off the fields, hay is baled for winter, wheat is going in for next year, and apples and pumpkins are being picked.
Behind all of it are farm families and farm workers who showed up again, in whatever weather came. Long days, thin margins, and a year of work that can turn on one week of rain. Dairy and cattle farmers whose chores don't stop for a holiday. Neighbors who lend a tractor or an afternoon when someone falls behind.
Thank you to the farmers, farm families, and farm workers across Cumberland County and all of our neighbors in District 87.

Today, I went to an Asian Pacific Islander Political Alliance town hall to discuss strategies to protect the rights of our immigrant neighbors.
Throughout Central PA, we have refugee families without criminal records who are afraid to visit doctors, drive a car, or simply leave their homes. The Nepali-speaking Bhutanese population is one of our region's largest immigrant groups vulnerable to intimidation and ICE interference. We are already seeing the effects of these fear tactics in our district; Holly Festival Day was much less crowded when I visited this morning compared to previous years.
I will always fight for a community where immigrant and refugee families feel safe.

Jessica St Clair for PA-87 Today I stood with neighbors at the Cumberland County Courthouse for the PAX-1 hearing. Courtroom 1 filled up so the county opened Courtroom 7 for overflow. www.facebook.com/share/p/19Yb...
This isn't a small group of activists, it's neighbors across Cumberland County who are done being ignored by the leaders meant to serve them.I never expected a packed room to be on the edge of its seat over the Municipal Planning Code and SALDO, but here we are. Attorney Nathan Wolf argued strongly for residents. Judge Matthew Smith had clearly read deep into the 21,000-document record. A ruling may take a few weeks, and I believe he'll follow what the law allows. The biggest takeaway: PAX-1's lawyers did nearly all the talking in court. Middlesex Township didn't argue for itself. When a municipality skips its due diligence, residents are left with far fewer options, no matter how many of us fill the courtroom.Afterward, a group of us gathered at St John's Episcopal Church to debrief and plan next steps. People who don't always agree stood shoulder to shoulder today because this affects all of us. That's what working toward a common good looks like. This is why I'm running: to even the playing field for the average person and rebalance power away from developers and back to the people who live here.Let's ACT TogetherAuthentic Community Together

Today the Susquehanna River Basin Commission tabled the vote on Well 2 for the PAX-1 data center. Rather than approve it, SRBC said they will work with Pennsylvania and the PA DEP to help decide whether the well should move forward.
This is a pause, not a win. It shows that the concerns neighbors have raised about our water are being taken seriously enough to slow this down.

TaWanda Stallworth for State House Have you stopped by campaign headquarters yet? We opened this space for a much bigger reason than having somewhere to keep signs and clipboards. We wanted to create a place where people could come together. www.facebook.com/share/p/1SfV...
Yes, you can stop by to learn about volunteer opportunities, ask questions, pick up campaign materials, or find out what canvassing looks like if you’ve never knocked on a door before. And if you decide to canvass with us, this is where you’ll pick up everything you need.
Our headquarters is also becoming a community space.
We’re hosting listening sessions so I can hear directly from you about what’s happening in your neighborhood and what you need from your representative.
We’re opening our doors for community-led events, including book clubs and other opportunities to gather, learn, and connect.
We’re hosting civic engagement sessions because democracy works better when people understand how to make their voices heard.
And we’re partnering with organizations throughout our community to make HQ a place where neighbors can connect with resources and support they may need.
This campaign has never been just about winning an election.
It’s about building relationships. Strengthening community. Making room for people to be heard. And creating something that serves our neighbors right now, not just after Election Day.
This campaign is powered by people who love this community enough to give their time, their energy, their ideas, and their hope to something better.
There is a place for you here.
Stop by. Join a conversation. Attend an event. Volunteer. Or simply come see what we’re building together.
I would be honored to have you with us.

Jessica St Clair for PA-87 Who keeps this place running? 🚒🚑📞 On September 11, I think of my students who became firefighters, paramedics, and nurses. When everyone else runs out, they run in. www.facebook.com/share/v/1FWA...
That courage has a cost:
🚂 PA first responders answered the East Palestine derailment. Most didn't know what chemicals they were exposed to.
📜 HB 1191 would fix that with a hazmat reporting system for trains. It passed the PA House 120-79. Our rep voted no.
🧑‍🚒 Most local firefighters are volunteers who fundraise for their own gear.
☎️ 1 in 5 PA 911 dispatcher jobs sit vacant. A funding fix got left out of the state budget this year.
🏥 The Healthcare Workplace Violence Prevention Act passed 124-79. Our rep voted no.
They keep this place running. It's time we show up for them too.
I'm Jessica St Clair running for PA-87. Let's ACT! Authentic. Community. Together. 💙🧡
Proud to stand with healthcare and municipal workers through SEIU and @PASNAP.
