Cult of the Drive-in was created using a six-month demo of Affinity Publisher. GIMP was used to edit the photos when needed. Free Google Fonts and stock photos were used. The total art budget was roughly $22 - $12 for the cover photo and $10 for a month of The Noun Project.

A great deal of the game was laid out while dealing with a very clingy cat, who did not want the paginator (me) to have use of both arms. Sometimes, in fact, she wouldn't even allow the use of a single arm.
