Went in to Resident Evil expecting to be disappointed and walked out with a giant grin on my face. Very happy to be wrong, it was a fast, tense and sometimes hilarious film that I’d watch again in a heartbeat.

Finished Mortal Shell 2, a solid 7/10 soulslike that is held back from greatness because of all enemies having electromagnetic teleportation to your character that makes judging your distance pointless and dodging a 50/50 possibility. Plus a gimmick final boss whose hit box is completely random.

Three ways this makes sense to me: 1) 47 shows up gun in hand and Snoop is so blazed he just dances a bit instead of running. 2) Match ends with both guys on a bench sharing a massive joint as the sun sets. 3) 47 gets so high that Snoop transforms into a doggy again and you gotta chase him down.

I've watched Endgame more times than I'd care to admit but the entire premise of 'reliving that feeling' with Encore is pretty flawed, we know what happens. Theater etiquette is also NOT what it was when Endgame released. First Marvel release where 'wait for YouTube cams' is the play.

Watching Babylon 5 for the first time in MANY years and while some of the CGI (and acting) haven't aged too well, the make up and design of the aliens is still remarkably good. Also jarring to see a season of a show having 22 episodes! Like yeah, cliffhangers used to be a few months, not years!
