I was planning on doing MGS 4, Peace Walker and 5 right after this but honestly, I need a break. Maybe next year. Also 50 games finished for 2026! That's a dumb milestone. Close to be beating my total of 55 from 2025

5️⃣0️⃣ Metal Gear Solid Δ: Snake Eater. Liked the remake a lot, it looks fab! And it might be the most Kojimaisms I've ever liked in a game? Would happily play a remake of the 1st game that looks like this. An extra star for my boy Revolver Ocelot and his kitty noises. Rraoww ⭐⭐⭐⭐

I'm right near the end of MGS3, where you need to escort an injured EVA through the jungle. She wasn't moving and it was here I discovered you can just tranq her and drag her ass through it. Goddamnit Kojima, I might actually love you. Immense innovation

The good news is I've had some really lovely feedback already from some of the aspects of my job, and they're the worst parts so I'm sure the rest is fine. But I'll still lose a few nights of sleep worrying they're going to secretly fire me 👍

Side note, I nearly added this wrong meme to the post, which would have been immensely confusing l'm sure

I think I took a LOT of screenshots when I played this. It's so pretty

We have to play this game every single night. So please enjoy Tali gracefully soaring through the air

To my fellow Witcher-heads, as I've just done this quest, what is your go to? Do you free the spirit trapped in the Whispering Hillock or do you side with the crones and kill it?

Thought I was going to finish up MGS3 tonight, but alas EVA stopped walking when I needed her to, and then the game crashed. I'll try and get it complete tomorrow

When they announced the Witcher 3 remaster, I was sort of expecting the combat to feel quite different. It doesn't for the most part but i am enjoying some of the new finisher animations

Earlier I was thinking it was pretty darn warm and figured 'ah I guess it's not too bad for September' I'd forgotten what bloody month it actually is. It's not ok

It's her loss. Although I'm sure she'll try again

It was fun (pepper spray fight being a highlight) and Samara Weaving is always great. Buuuuut I didn't think it was a patch on the first film

Been meaning to watch Ready Or Not 2 for ages (loved the first one), then tonight I remembered Sarah Michelle Gellar is in the sequel. So now watching!

Absolute bargain! I replayed it recently and felt like it really held up for a 2014 game. I think you'll have a good time. No spoilers but I will say enjoy your pork buns and karaoke 😄

Found out today that my appointment has been brought forward by a week, which did send my anxiety racing BUT I'm more than certain they could just give me an earlier one, rather than it being any extra cause for concern

Ooh, thank you! And thanks for the reminder that I really need to see it

I'm in the same boat! Loved the first film but yet to see the sequel. I hope this holds up! Will try to catch up with it also soon

Chip but also a ghost 👻 @ctthumbs.bsky.social · 02/10/2026

Yup! Same with Mox and Danielson hugging. I hate that they had to have that show, but they did Pac proud with the whole thing
