Along with reviewing upcoming NFL games, especially the game he would be working next, he also WATCHED EVERY SINGLE NFL GAME THAT WAS JUST PLAYED THAT WEEKED. Seriously. Every single one. The network would FedEx Betacam tapes of every game to him by Monday, and he would watch 3-6 games per day. 🧵🧵

I broke down 15 years ago and bought a top-of-the-line office chair from a real office supply place and it's still the best money I've ever spent. I think it was about $450. I can try and find the manufacturer if you like. Also, I strongly recommend a footrest under your desk.

Receiving phone calls was so important to my business I eventually got an actual 1-800 toll-free number, and put a small ad in the yellow pages. This legitimized my business in the eyes of my customers who didn't know they were hiring a college kid with a bunch of sound equipment in his garage.

In the mid-90s I ran a small business very reliant on receiving phone calls. I got a second phone line that was on my business card as the fax line. I did receive faxes occasionally, but its primary purpose was so I could be on dial-up and still receive phone calls on my business line.

After 10 years, the original solar system had paid for itself. The power delivered by my arrays no longer matched my home power usage. Upgrading this single string gave me an additional 1000 watts. It'll probably take about 3 or 4 years for this upgrade to pay for itself.

The new panels are about 415 watts. So despite going from 12 to 9 panels, overall increase of like 1000 watts. AND I now have extra old panels I can add to the two other strings and increase their output too.

No changes were required of the frame or the inverter. My only gripe is I had to upgrade the rails too, since the old rails weren't quite tall enough to fit the new panels.
