As a chronic pain physiotherapist, I was an advocate of graded exercise, but you must know it is not suitable for everyone.I myself have experienced permanent deterioration from very gentle and planned increases in activity. Happy to discuss, or point you in the right direction. 2/2

@henrymoeran.bsky.social At school I got made to retire when I was on 79 to give the other boys a chance and to not dominate the opposition team too much. What kind of mackiavellian school was this?!
