Here is actual, reality-based nutritional guidance for those who don't want to die on the cross of stupidity: Eat mostly a diversity of vegetables and fruits, especially soluble fiber. Get protein in moderation from fish, poultry and nuts. Keep dairy and red meat to a minimum.
