Just a little spinach, onion, and vegetarian sausage quiche. Nothing special, but the house smells awesome!

So am at three months again so back and bleeding again. I try to post these as a plea (and as a needlephobe) - if you are able, this is an easy and important way to help those around you. And there’s always a shortage. #bloodselfie

Played Reading Porchfest yesterday and had a great time in the library (and out of the rain). Huge thanks to everyone who stopped by, sang along, and shared the afternoon. #ReadingPorchfest #Porchfest2025 #LiveMusic #IndieFolk

Posted to a neighborhood listserv in #NewtonMA. This. This is the “i got mine, you go f yourself” mentality we have that will keep killing this region. We will grow old and die, alone, wondering why our taxes keep going up. #yimby

So, minor disaffection of the day: Does everybody else also think that new new #Starbucks discovery mug series sucks?

Heading home after a few days down here in DC. Very strange feeling. Heard the 21 gun salute yesterday for President Carter. He was just about a mile away from where the election was certified. Walked very empty streets covered with 9 inches of snow. Overall, a very lonely feeling.

Anyone else (maybe UNC #DCRP folks?) going to #TRB in #WashingtonDC in January? Give me a shout! I'll be on booth duty with my EBP US colleagues and would love to meet and catch up!
