Turns out there’s regulation requiring TV and cable to keep volume consistent between programming and commercials. It does not ,however, apply to internet-based streaming platforms. So know you’re not imaging that commercial blasting at you.

visited the Hanoi Hilton & fascinated by the way they spun the prisoners experience, showing them playing volleyball and having large communal meals. It’s shocking to see the federal government trying to do the same at The President House in Philadelphia with its tales of Washington ‘happy’ slaves

Know if your state has closed or open #primaries. If closed you can only vote on the ballot if the party for which you are registered. If you are registered independent you usually cannot vote at all. It is easy to change your registration usually online up to a time period before #Election Day

I can’t emphasize night how important it is to vote in #primaries and midterm elections. Because so few people do your vote has a real impact. In local elections people win/lise by dozens of votes.
