I asked Claude to make it so I can map events to buildings… 🗺 And now each building is showing traffic to a different page on my site 👌 It's starting to give me an intuitive feel for what's happening on my site, so I think it's working! Lots of stuff I'm curious to see if Claude can one-shot…

Weekends are for vibe coding ✨ I got my "app city" up and running today! I've been telling Cursor to build an analytics tool where I can view my app as a city instead of a dashboard. The blue dots are live traffic to Indie Hackers. Lots more to go. There's never been a more fun time to build.

Not really, I think you just have to be careful with what context you give it when you run it in Agent mode in Cursor

- Cursor as my IDE - o1 Pro Mode to plan and write PRDs - Claude Sonnet 3.7 Thinking to actually code - o1 Pro Mode again to review Claude's code - custom script Claude wrote for me to make it easy to concatenate relevant files and send them to o1 pro mode

I've caught the vibe coding bug. I'm convinced it's real and not hype. It's making me 3x faster at minimum. Insanity. Working on a few projects right now, but this is my favorite by far. Believe it or not, it's going to be an analytics app 👀

We (temporarily) deprioritized a lot of the community features this year to focus on journalism. Just started working on improving and reviving a lot of the community stuff this week!
