Described the layout of the main household/ranch/extended farm in my newest story and I now legally have to create it in the sims

Like honestly it's mostly because I love reading them and am running out of translations, and can only reread one like 15 times in a year before getting bored lol rip

Ok so my in-progress original farm stories are: solarpunk gay farming, interstellar gay farming, and very vague nonspecific location or era historic gay farming, and also one about a modern gay farmer who is 'giving up the family farm' (does he actually? I still don't know) Wonder what genre I like

Like yay woo I finished a book shortly before 5 am which isn't staying up all night! But now how am I supposed to sleep with all the sudden emptiness left behind by a book that made me laugh for 90 chapters then cry for 10

So tired, opened Ellipsus to work on a WIP, realized I hadn't transferred that one over yet, spent a while transferring the rest of my WIPs that I hadn't put in there yet, and now my brain is foggy. Actual writing done: 0

Just wanna say I very much support and encourage alt text but am unable to safely consistently do it myself. Posting even a screenshot takes a lot out of me, making alt text hits the gas for brain fog. However feel free to add on my posts!!

never thought short form video would be able to capture a type of humor i can only describe as “the far side-esque” but this comes close.

For the record I do like these and enjoy mermaid stories but having two books with similar major plot points without me knowing when starting, it's happened twice

Ameji @crystalsamethyst.bsky.social · 22/07/2026

If I had a nickel for every time I read a historical setting palace intrigue danmei book that ended up being massively about mermaids in the end without me having an inkling before starting the book, I'd have two nickels

How to make your teeth hurt so much: eat something super sweet you have to chew then, preferably chocolate you have to like gnaw on or that is tacky, then wash it down with water straight from the fridge 😔

Tbh I think the one that would get me the least reaction is Klance, I remember the fandom was so awful I couldn't bring myself to join it at the time, then it just got worse and worse. Got a Pinterest board of them tho. The other ones are m/f when most ship m/m from those series so lips are zipped.

Ameji @crystalsamethyst.bsky.social · 20/07/2026

Tragic when you see in passing a ship you like but you can't say it because it immediately inflicts psychic damage and war flashbacks onto yourself and others and has the potential to start a new war in your circle of peace. And then you remember all your otps like that. Thanks toxic fandom 🫠

They usually have a discerning red mole somewhere to indicate what they are. AU where it's a mole or any other part of the body as long as it's a red splotch, so his red eye would be perfect for it. Many men get upset over their partners birthing a Ger in these too so thinking of his mom..

Another gender that is basically men who can get pregnant sometimes. Lower on the feudal age hierarchy than women. No respectable noble marries one unless it's political or they have plenty of women concubines lined up. Seen as a curse in many poor families. Pretty but treated harshly
