Already done with another model. For me I want to try to make 10 or close to 10 vroid models a month. I'm also trying different ethnicities so that everyone will feel included. I just need to learn the shading and all that isn't freaking ash grey

Import your vrm model into Unity assets. Then go up to the top where you should see VRM0. Hover, select duplicate and it'll change into a VRChat Unity file. Now you can make arrangements to bones if you want. When done. Click VRchat SDK and a publish button should pop up Rest should be easy

This is what I remember when I did it. Get recent version of Unity Get VRChat offical creator companion. Download recent version of VRM converter found on github (or just search it up) Open VRChat Creator Companion. Go to projects and make one. It'll then take you Unity (make sure to have vrm plug)
