its near the golden gate park(3-4 blocks ish) not in but the rossi dog park is fenced in completely, its small so not great if theres other ppl there but just another option since the other two seem great already. its half cement half grass

that applies to being a witness too if youre one of few ppl who are in the room, i wasnt really talking about bar/club situations but at a workplace or other situations where theres a power imbalance with possible accomplices who would hide the report or threaten the victim/witness.

if you tell someone else's story, its generally very identifiable if youre not careful. and if the wrong person hears, theyll know who youre talking about and get the victim in trouble. its not ideal but unknowingly exposing the victim to danger is so much worse
