cause damn, it fucking eats me alive and it's why it has taken me so long to speak, since for a long time i genuinely thought i was helping my family instead of being trapped. and when I tried protesting they'd condemn me for speaking up as if it was my own fault.

I'm really grateful for their and everyone else's care. and i don't know, I just keep forgetting that i'm not alone. I'm so used to dealing with all my problems by myself until they become too impossible for me to handle, and in a way I still feel like I’m cheating whenever I accept any help.
