It's Shimmer! #art #furryart #fursona

Digital portrait of an anthro goat, who's my sona named Shimmer. She has light purple fur with the exception of a black-and-white pattern on her face, and her short hair and goatee have black and white stripes as well. She wears glasses and her portrait is framed by a few purple flowers that match the colour of her eyes.

Two Beasts, taking turns on their new bed #photo #cats

Photo of my cat Ignis. He's a fluffy tabby, lying in his new cat bed belly up with his paws up in the air. The bed is a bit too small for him, but he enjoys it nonetheless.

Photo of my other cat, Amy. She's a shorthair calico, lying on her side in the same bed, striking an expressive pose that resembles a fierce heraldic lion.

Missing the summer. #art

Digital painting. Here you can see a mass of wild green plants and shrubs that open up in the middle, revealing a river and the pale cloudy sky far in the distance. A little fairy with green butterfly wings is seen hovering in the air, looking away at the river.

Forest wolf spider and some coral fungus #photo #spider #forest

A photo from two years ago. Some pale coral fungi grow on top of a log. They're made of small thin clusters of branches that reach upward, separating into even smaller branches at the tips, overall looking like tiny fantastical buildings. There's a striped wolf spider walking on top of the fungus in front, which I didn't notice at all while taking the photo.

Heart of the woods. #photo #forest

Photo of a family of small gray mushrooms on slender stems, growing out of a destroyed fallen tree. The texture of the decaying wood is varied and complicated and makes for a nice composition, complete with the mushrooms.

Portrait studies based on random popular photos from Pinterest. I've been drawing these when I'm out of ideas but don't want to get rusty, it's also pretty relaxing... #art

Six digital portraits. These are all fully coloured.

Seven more. These are a bit more sketchy but more loose and colourful.

Six more. Half of these are uncoloured.

The latest three. These are probably my favourites!

Pseudoregalia is still on my mind, it was a really fun little game... #pseudoregalia #art #furryart

Digital drawing of Sybil, the protagonist of the game Pseudoregalia. She is an anthro character with some features of a goat and a bunny; and she has gray fur, blue eyes and forked yellow horns. She has a serious expression on her face and looks ready for action.

Sigismund! #art #furryart

Two portraits of a little imp. He has ashy-gray fur, red eyes and forked red horns, long pointed ears and whiskers. He's grinning and looking quite mischievous!

I've been terribly sick for three days now. Here are a few random sketches #art

Two digital drawings of different women. The second one might be sick just like me, her face is wet and her hair looks quite messy...

Digital drawing of a faerie. It's a small creature with leaf- or grass-like growths on its face and body, and it has a watering eye with two irises.

A frightful manticore!! #art

Uncoloured digital sketch of a manticore. It's got six thin limbs, long tail tipped with a stinger, a cone-shaped head with a human face, and a long wavy mane. It's smiling with an open mouth, drooling and showing four rows of pointed teeth. It's looking at the viewer, giving you a fright!

Digital portrait of a lioness, who's also a sphinx.

Hello there! My name is Val / Shimmer / Walderick and I like to make fantasy and animal art when I have the time for it!

Digital drawing of a little colourful dragon, leaping into the air looking excited with an open mouth and spread out wings! It's one of my thorntail dragons from the game Flight Rising, and she has strawberry patches growing on her head and wings. A bunch of much bigger strawberries can be seen in the background, with leaves and flowers.

Digital painting featuring one of my characters, Lydia, who's an anthro lioness with long wavy hair wearing a shawl made of feathers, seen in a side view. It's night time, tops of the trees can be seen in the background with the full moon glimmering above. An owl is flying away, crossing the sight of the moon.
