“But no instructed Catholic can be in any doubt about this matter. He has the guidance of his Church clearly defining the unchristian and even antichristian nature of Freemasonry, unmistakably branding it as a secret society of a type utterly at variance with the requirements of both the natural moral law and of God's commandments, and forbidding membership of it to Catholics under pain of excommunication. No reasonably well-informed Catholic could possibly be in good faith were he to seek membership in the Masonic Lodge.”

“.. the Mystical Body [Catholic Church].. is to grow by ever adding to itself new members from among mankind, and the divinely-instituted instrument of this growth is the Sacrament of Baptism by which men are incorporated into the one Mystical Body and made members of Christ.” -Fr. Bluett #Catholic
“It is proper, and in accordance with the Divine plan, St. Paul explains, that the Mystical Body, as a living thing, should grow and increase; and this in two ways, quantitatively and, if we may so speak, qualitatively. Quantitatively, it is to grow by ever adding to itself new members from among mankind [19], and the divinely-instituted instrument of this growth is the Sacrament of Baptism by which men are incorporated into the one Mystical Body and made members of Christ. [20] Qualitatively, the Mystical Body is to grow into an ever greater conformity of its individual members to the Head, Christ, "till we all attain... to the full measure of the stature of Christ... and grow in all things into him who is the head, Christ." Papacy and Freemasonry-Speech by Msgr. Jouin "This Sect with its threefold claim of being Counter-Church (against the Church), Counter-State (against the State) and Counter-Morality (against traditional morality) takes pride in being above all and for all times the enemy of the Catholic Church;..
Papacy and Freemasonry, those are the two powers active throughout the world and each is seeking to dominate it. The solution of the struggle taking place between them is, at the present moment of the utmost importance; for we are face to face not only with the crossroads of history but also with a radical transformation of humanity itself. Either Roman Catholicism will lift us up again to the level of Christian civilization or else Judeo-Masonry will drag us down the path of barbarism and decadent paganism. The whole world oscillates between the two: Christianism and Paganism. On December 8th, 1892, Pope Leo XIII wrote to the Italian Episcopal Hierarchy: "It is necessary to fight Freemasonry with those weapons of divine faith which in past ages vanquished paganism."

Moreover the Papacy and Judeo-Masonry are both so fully conscious of the diametrically opposed parts that they are playing that they assume that from it must issue the political, economic, intellectual and religious future of individuals as well as of nations. It is a fact and the better proof of it is their irreducible antagonism toward each other.

What is, indeed, Judeo-Masonry today if not the concentration and mobilization of all evil forces? This Sect with its threefold claim of being Counter-Church (against the Church), Counter-State (against the State) and Counter-Morality (against traditional morality) takes pride in being above all and for all times the enemy of the Catholic Church; one of its rallying calls is that of Tigrotto, one of the Alta Vendita chiefs who, in 1822, proclaimed: "Catholicism must be destroyed throughout the whole world." With Tigrotto also the anti-Catholic plan is expressed thus: "Let us conspire only against Rome." Is this not expressed in an identical manner in the German "Los Von Rom" or in the English: "No Popery?"

"And the angel being come in, said unto her: Hail, full of grace, the Lord is with thee: blessed art thou among women." - Luke 1:28 #Catholic crusader.surge.sh/rosary.html
The 15 promises

Whosoever shall faithfully serve me by the recitation of the Rosary shall receive signal graces.

I promise my special protection and the greatest Graces to all those who shall recite the Rosary.

The Rosary shall be a powerful armor against Hell, it will destroy vice, decrease sin, and defeat heresies.

It will cause good works to flourish; it will obtain for souls the abundant Mercy of God; it will withdraw the hearts of men from the love of the world and its vanities, and will lift them to the desire for Eternal Things. Oh, that souls would sanctify themselves by this means.

The soul which recommends itself to me by the recitation of the Rosary shall not perish.

Whosoever shall recite the Rosary devoutly, applying himself to the consideration of its Sacred Mysteries shall never be conquered by misfortune. God will not chastise him in His justice, he shall not perish by an unprovided death; if he be just he shall remain in the Grace of God, and become worthy of Eternal Life.

Whoever shall have a true devotion for the Rosary shall not die without the Sacraments of the Church.

Those who are faithful to recite the Rosary shall have during their life and at their death the Light of God and the plenitude of His Graces; at the moment of death they shall participate in the Merits of the Saints in Paradise.

I shall deliver from Purgatory those who have been devoted to the Rosary.

The faithful children of the Rosary shall merit a high degree of Glory in Heaven.

You shall obtain all you ask of me by recitation of the Rosary.

All those who propagate the Holy Rosary shall be aided by me in their necessities.

I have obtained from my Divine Son that all the advocates of the Rosary shall have for intercessors the entire Celestial Court during their life and at the hour of death.

All who recite the Rosary are my sons, and brothers of my only Son, Jesus Christ

Devotion to my Rosary is a great sign of predestination

We do not, however, wish to give the impression that this studied simplicity in imparting instruction does not require labor and meditation - on the contrary, it demands both more than any other kind of preaching. It is much easier to find a preacher capable of delivering an eloquent and elaborate discourse than a catechist who can impart a catechetical instruction which is praiseworthy in every detail. No matter what natural facility a person may have in ideas and language, let him always remember that he will never be able to teach Christian doctrine to children or to adults without first giving himself to very careful study and preparation. They are mistaken who think that because of inexperience and lack of training of the people the work of catechizing can be performed in a slipshod fashion. On the contrary, the less educated the hearers, the more zeal and diligence must be used to adapt the sublime truths to their untrained minds; these truths, indeed, far surpass the natural understanding of the people, yet must be known by all - the uneducated and the cultured - in order that they may arrive at eternal happiness.”

"Why does the Church forbid the private interpretation of the Bible? Because numberless heresies have risen from the private interpretation of the Bible.... ..Satan- himself..quoted passages from holy Scripture- Satan, being overcome, left for a time. But not long after..Arius, Nestorius, Pelagius
12. Why does the Church forbid the private interpretation of the Bible?

Because numberless heresies have risen from the private interpretation of the Bible.

From the time of the apostles to the present day, there have risen unlearned men, as well as men accomplished in every kind of learning, who undertook to interpret the Bible according to their own private opinions. The consequence was, that the ignorant were led into errors, for want of knowledge, and the learned, through pride and self-sufficiency. Instead of interpreting Scripture according to the teaching of the Church, and learning from her what they should believe, they have tried to teach the Church false and perverse doctrines of their own. They avail themselves of the Scriptures to prove their errors. They say that they have the Scriptures on their side, which are the fountain of truth. But these deluded men do not consider that the truth is found, not by reading, but by understanding, the holy Scriptures. This arrogance in interpreting the Bible according to their fancy proceeds from pride. But God resists the proud, and withholds from them the light of faith. In punishment for their pride and want of submission to the teaching of his Church, he permits such men to fall into all kinds of errors, absurdities, and vices; he permits the holy Scriptures, which arc a great fountain of truth, to become to them a great fountain of errors. So that to them may be applied the words of our divine Saviour: "You err, not knowing the Scriptures" (Matt, xxii, 29); and of St. Peter: "They wrest the Scriptures to their own destruction." (2 Pet. iii, 16.)..."

"... if he [the Pope] sins against the faith, he departs from the Church just like any other heretic. If he is separated from the Mystical Body of Christ... it is impossible that he should be the head of this Body." Fr. Barbara, Fortes in Fidei, V3, #12 #Catholic crusader.surge.sh/sif-3-12.html
"THE POSSIBILITY OF A POPE FAILING INTO THE SIN OF HERESY OR SCHISM.

Even though he is the Vicar of Christ, even though he is invested with His authority, the Pope is not a robot. God respects his liberty. He retains his personality and remains a man who is as such a sinner.[21] Despite the sublimity of his functions and the grandeur of his privileges, he is not permanently established in a state of grace. Like the rest of us, he must work out his salvation with fear and trembling (Phil. II, 12). Like you and I, he carries the treasure of his graces and his privileges in an earthen vessel (II Cor., IV, 7). All this is to say that even if he is Peter, and even if he is responsible in his function as pope, the man that he remains can, in private, fall into any sin whatsoever, not even excluding those sins which offend against the faith or against unity.

This belief in the capacity of the Pope to sin has always been admitted by the Church. Consider the Litany of the Saints. The fact that we beseech God to preserve the Apostolic Prelate in the holy faith is proof positive that, for the Church, the Pope is not preserved from defecting from the faith.

For the Pope, as for simple priests, even the gravest of sins do not force him out of the Church or in any way impede his ministry.[22] However, if he sins against the faith, he departs from the Church just like any other heretic.

If he is separated from the Mystical Body of Christ, if he is not any longer a member of this Body, it is impossible that he should be the head of this Body."

"The young priests ordained after the start of the resistance could never understand the repugnance which we older priests felt about openly disobeying the Pope. I know of colleagues who died from sorrow, and of many others who lost their faith and left the Church.

Obedience to the pope is a condition of our eternal salvation. Having refused in an absolute manner the imposition of the new "ordo missae", I wished to doctrinally justify my refusal. This led me to study the case of Paul VI.

At that time it became obvious to me that he was a schismatic, a heretic, and even an apostate from the Catholic faith. As a result of this, the conclusion that he had lost the sovereign Pontificate was forced upon me.

I first presented this study with regard to Paul VI to my colleagues on the occasion of a priestly reunion at Econe. Among those present were Mgr. Lefebvre and Father Guerard des Lauriers. My exposition did not arouse any argument indeed, quite the contrary. I then sent my study to all the patriarchs and cardinals of the Holy Church and asked them what they thought should be done about such a serious situation. Then, during a press conference held in Rome on November 19, 1976, in the very center of Christianity, I made the study public. On the next day nineteen Italian daily papers printed my comments, some discussing them at considerable length..."

"'89" IN THE CHURCH

It was Cardinal Joseph Suenens, Archbishop of Malines, who declared that "Vatican II was '89 [the French Revolution] in the Church." No one could have characterized the situation better. In order to understand the import of this expression, we must fully understand the nature of the Revolution of 1789. Often it happens that even those who hate this historical event understand it poorly. For them, as is the case with most people, it is seen primarily as a period of religious persecution; this is to confuse it with the Terror of 1793. The Revolution is thus seen in terms of the permanent establishment of the guillotine, the proscription of priests and nobles, the destruction of churches and the misappropriation of ecclesiastical goods.

But this is not the true nature of the Revolution, or more precisely, these are but the effects of the Revolution. The Revolution is above all and essentially a real upheaval, a total subversion. It is the destruction of the established order and its replacement by a new and different one.

"Given that it is the glory of the holy Church to be clear and precise in the teaching of her doctrine, when one finds oneself in the presence of a text which is equivocal and capable of a doubtful interpretation, ONE SHOULD ALWAYS READ IT AND UNDERSTAND IT...
On the other hand, even before the pontificate of saint Pius X, the modernists had infiltrated throughout Church, and these modernists characteristically, as Father Calmel, O.P., tells us, were heretics as well as traitors. The Encyclical "Pascendi Dominici gregis" should be our bed-side book. It reminds us that these heretics had infiltrated the hierarchy at all levels. Only their active presence at the recent Council can explain the results that it produced. The very least that one can say about the texts it promulgated is that they are not straightforward and clearly Catholic. They are in fact of a doubtful quality. And this leads to the second error committed by the authors of the Chemere study; they have forgotten the command which Pius VI gave in his Bull "Auctorem fidei" condemning the Council of Pistoia. Given that it is the glory of the holy Church to be clear and precise in the teaching of her doctrine, when one finds oneself in the presence of a text which is equivocal and capable of a doubtful interpretation, ONE SHOULD ALWAYS READ IT AND UNDERSTAND IT IN ITS HERETICAL SENSE, AND NEVER IN THE CATHOLIC SENSE. And why? Because the methodology of heretics, which is moreover that of the devil, consists in disguising error under the appearances of truth. To accept equivocal formulations, even in their Catholic sense, is to collaborate with the propagation of error in giving accreditation to expressions which others understand in their heretical sense.

"... there are at present novelties in the [Vatican II] Church which the faith forbids us to accept, all those which the irreformable Magisterium of the past has already condemned..." -Fr. Barbara, Fortes in Fidei, V. 2, #3 crusader.surge.sh/sif-2-3.html #Catholic
"15. IN FACT, ARE THERE AT PRESENT NOVELTIES WHICH ARE BEING TAUGHT BY THE OCCUPANT OF THE HOLY SEE AND WHICH THE FAITH FORBIDS US TO ACCEPT?

Yes, there are at present novelties in the Church which the faith forbids us to accept, all those which the irreformable Magisterium of the past has already condemned.

16. ARE YOU ABLE TO GIVE AN EXAMPLE?

Yes, the teaching of "Dignitatis Humanae". That is an example which is both simple and conclusive. Until the eve of Vatican II, religious liberty, that is to say the civil right of every man to profess his religious faith, alone or in association with others, in private or in public, was considered a completely false doctrine, contrary to the teaching of Holy Scripture, of the Church and of the Holy Fathers; in a word, to use the expression of Gregory XVI, a "delirium". The Church "reproved", "proscribed" and "condemned" this doctrine. (Cf. "Quanta Cura" of Pius IX).

Since Paul VI, the Council Vatican II recognizes this same right to religious liberty as "conforming to the divine revelation" and "encourages" it, since it was "received from Christ and the Apostles" and the Church had "over the course of time, guarded and transmitted it". ("Dignitatis Humanae")

This teaching is new and the faith cannot accept it since the infallible Church has already rejected it.

The same can be said of the new doctrines on ecumenism, ecclesiology, etc."

BY DECLARING RELIGIOUS LIBERTY TO BE IN CONFORMITY WITH REASON AND REVELATION, VATICAN II CONTRADICTS THE DOCTRINE PREVIOUSLY DEFINED BY THE CHURCH.

There is a contradiction between certain teachings of Vatican II and the irreformable doctrine of the Church. Barring blindness, this contradiction is recognizable by everyone. However, because of its formidable consequences, it is also very difficult to accept and there is a great temptation to ignore it at all costs.

“We are in a Church where everything is under attack; in a period when the principal members of the Church have realised all the desires of Freemasonry, and done it in the way the Freemasons wanted it done. In such a context, when "our faith is in danger from within the Church" (Bishop Adam, of Sion), only the Modernists and their accomplices could reproach us for bringing an accusation against the Pope.

In the absence of open declarations of heresy, how, in order to guard ourselves against him, are we to discover the wolf in sheep's clothing? By relying on the great principle given us by Jesus for the discovery of intentions: "For where thy treasure is, there is thy heart also." (Mt. VI, 21) Why is it that "our heart" (our affections, our intentions, our secret desires) is there "where our treasure is"? Because, as St. Augustine explains, "my love is the weight which draws me along, by that am I taken wherever I go".

Let us then inquire towards whom and towards what the heart of Paul VI draws him.

Certainly not towards Tradition, which he casts off so easily. Still less towards Catholics, priests and bishops who defend the faith. The whole world now knows that Paul VI has never received the international pilgrimage of faithful Catholics(26), who went to Rome for Pentecost some years in succession, and who passed a whole night in prayer beneath his windows. Everyone also knows now what difficulties he made about receiving Archbishop Lefebvre, and that he received him in the end only because of unfavourable world opinion.

On the other hand, the world unfortunately also knows how easily, how often and with what cordiality he receives schismatics, heretics, non-Christians and even the murderers of his sons, and the persecutors of our brethren...”

"... Unlike the heretics of 1549, who left the Church, those of today are resolved to remain within her. They occupy key positions "right up to the highest summit of the hierarchy", thus giving the appearance of regular authority: the wolves retain the appearance of sheep..."
41. The same consequences issue from the new rite. Since in the intention of its producers there is merely a question of making a memorial, the new rite has been so constructed as not only to obscure the intention to consecrate, but what is more, to make it clear that only a narration is being made. But in that case, if the "president" conforms to the new rite and to the intention of its authors, there is no corporal Presence, and without this there is no Sacrifice and no sacramental communion. Of itself, the new rite thus clearly tends towards being a rite which is utterly null and void.

Here a remark is necessary, to anticipate objections: Unlike the heretics of 1549, who left the Church, those of today are resolved to remain within her. They occupy key positions "right up to the highest summit of the hierarchy", thus giving the appearance of regular authority: the wolves retain the appearance of sheep.

Hence the all too easy deception of priests and people with regard to the Mass. Unable to believe in the perfidious intentions of the destroyers, they reassure themselves that, as long as the Novus Ordo Missæ is used with the intention of doing what the traditional Church intends to do, that is, to effect a true Transubstantiation and a true propitiatory sacrifice, the Mass is valid in spite of the rite. True, their Masses may possibly be valid, for though the ambiguity of the present subversion destroys the Mass, it still gives the unwary the impression of not destroying it. We must realize that the modernist heresy is not typical of classical heresies, frankly and clearly expressed; it is a heresy which disguises itself under forms which may be understood in a heretical or in a Catholic sense. This hypocritical method gives an advantage to error (that of transforming the Mass into a Protestant communion service without arousing the definite suspicions of the faithful, and without causing too much resistance)...

While the 2nd Vatican Council was still in session, Fr. Barbara wrote a letter to Paul VI, signed by more than 430 French priests, to "expose the doctrinal, liturgical and moral errors" in V2. 'Known for a fact' that he got it, Fr. was completely ignored. crusader.surge.sh/sif-1-5.html #Catholic
“On 25 October 1964, while the Second Vatican Council was still in session, I wrote a personal letter to Pope Paul VI. This letter had also been signed by more than 430 French priests. Its intention was to expose the doctrinal, liturgical and moral errors which were already starting to emerge throughout the Catholic world, under the guise of the Council's move towards "aggiornamento."

This letter, signed - let me make it absolutely clear - by over 430 priests of all ages, remained unanswered in spite of my having taken it to Rome myself, so that there could be no question of its not having been delivered to the Pope. And what is more, I know for a fact that he did receive it.

I wrote another letter on 10 November 1970. This time I took steps to make the authorities answer me by making the letter public, although it had originally been addressed to the Pope in person.

Yet again: total silence. The only answer I received was a letter from Cardinal Duval, Archbishop of Algiers and my former diocesan, begging me to put an end to what he termed "my abuse of the Holy Father."

To me, and to all my fellow Catholics who no longer understood the changes which had been imposed upon us with such callous brutality, and to which Paul VI seemed utterly indifferent, his attitude was bewildering. This is why my second letter ended with the twofold question, "Who are you? How do you plead?"

Because I am still waiting for an answer from the only person able to enlighten us, and whose duty it is to do so, I propose to try to deduce what this answer might be from the actions, words and the calculated silences of Pope Paul.”

I say “less” because he can be judged by men, or rather shown to be judged, if he clearly loses his savor to heresy, [75] since he “who does not believe, is already judged.” [76] It is only in this case that it should be understood of him that, If the salt loses its savor, it is good for nothing anymore, except to be thrown out and to be trodden on by men.”

[74] D. 21 c. 7 (Friedberg, 1:71) which this and the previous two sentences together paraphrase. Reportedly, Pope Marcellinus (296-304) had apostatized during the savage persecution under Diocletian, and the bishops who were called upon to try him would not. They cautioned that the case rested in the pontiff’s own heart. Repenting his lapse, Marcellinus died a martyr. The account of the alleged incident is one of the Symmachian falsifications which seek to demonstrate the adage, “the first chair is judged by no one”; see Synodi Sinuessanae de Marcellino papa, PL 6: 11-20 and the Encyclopedia of the Early Church, s.v. “Marcellinus” and “Symmachus.” Nevertheless, it exemplifies the principle of papal immunity from oversight also illustrated in D. 17 ante c. 7; D. 21 cc. 4, 7; C. 9 q. 3 cc.10-18; C. 17 q. 4 c. 30; see Brian Tierney, Foundations of Conciliar Theory: The Contribution ...

"So necessary is faith for me as Pope, that, while I have God alone as the judge of my other sins, I can be judged by the church only for any sin committed against the Faith. For “he who does not believe, is already judged.”" - Pope Innocent III #Catholic
“In fact, unless I am grounded in faith, how can I make others firm in faith? It is certain that faith belongs especially to my office. The Lord publicly proclaimed it: “I,” he said, “have prayed for you, Peter, that your faith may not fail, and you, once being converted, must confirm your brothers.” [51] He asked, and he received, because “He was heard in all things by virtue of his reverence.” [52] For that reason the faith of the apostolic seat has never failed even during turbulent times, but has remained whole and unharmed, so that the privilege [53] of Peter continues to be unshaken. So necessary is faith for me as Pope, that, while I have God alone as the judge of my other sins, I can be judged by the church only for any sin committed against the Faith. For “he who does not believe, is already judged.” [54]”

“We read that the Roman Pontiff has always possessed authority to pass judgment on the heads of all the Churches (i.e., the patriarchs and bishops), but nowhere do we read that he has been the subject of judgment by others. It is true that Honorius was posthumously anathematised by the Eastern churches, but it must be borne in mind that he had been accused of heresy, the only offence which renders lawful the resistance of subordinates to their superiors, and their rejection of the latter's pernicious teachings.”

"..Catholic doctrine tells us that the primary duty of charity does not lie in the toleration of false ideas, however sincere they may be, nor in the theoretical or practical indifference towards the errors and vices in which we see our brethren plunged..whilst Jesus was kind to sinners #Catholic
“... Catholic doctrine tells us that the primary duty of charity does not lie in the toleration of false ideas, however sincere they may be, nor in the theoretical or practical indifference towards the errors and vices in which we see our brethren plunged, but in the zeal for their intellectual and moral improvement as well as for their material well-being. Catholic doctrine further tells us that love for our neighbor flows from our love for God, Who is Father to all, and goal of the whole human family; and in Jesus Christ whose members we are, to the point that in doing good to others we are doing good to Jesus Christ Himself. Any other kind of love is sheer illusion, sterile and fleeting...

Further, whilst Jesus was kind to sinners and to those who went astray, He did not respect their false ideas, however sincere they might have appeared. He loved them all, but He instructed them in order to convert them and save them. Whilst He called to Himself in order to comfort them, those who toiled and suffered, it was not to preach to them the jealousy of a chimerical equality. Whilst He lifted up the lowly, it was not to instill in them the sentiment of a dignity independent from, and rebellious against, the duty of obedience. Whilst His heart overflowed with gentleness for the souls of good-will, He could also arm Himself with holy indignation against the profaners of the House of God, against the wretched men who scandalized the little ones, against the authorities who crush the people with the weight of heavy burdens without putting out a hand to lift them. He was as strong as he was gentle. He reproved, threatened, chastised, knowing, and teaching us that fear is the beginning of wisdom, and that it is sometimes proper for a man to cut off an offending limb to save his body. Finally, He did not announce for future society the reign of an ideal...”

"... the power of jurisdiction... does not adhere to the recipient immovably: so that it does not remain in heretics and schismatics; and consequently they neither absolve nor excommunicate, nor grant indulgence, nor do anything of the kind, and if they do, it is invalid...." #Catholic
“Whether schismatics have any power

Cyprian says in a letter: "He who observes neither unity of spirit nor the concord of peace, and severs himself from the bonds of the Church, and from the fellowship of her priests, cannot have episcopal power or honor."

I answer that, Spiritual power is twofold, the one sacramental, the other a power of jurisdiction. The sacramental power is one that is conferred by some kind of consecration. Now all the consecrations of the Church are immovable so long as the consecrated thing remains: as appears even in inanimate things, since an altar, once consecrated, is not consecrated again unless it has been broken up. Consequently such a power as this remains, as to its essence, in the man who has received it by consecration, as long as he lives, even if he fall into schism or heresy: and this is proved from the fact that if he come back to the Church, he is not consecrated anew. Since, however, the lower power ought not to exercise its act, except in so far as it is moved by the higher power, as may be seen also in the physical order, it follows that such persons lose the use of their power, so that it is not lawful for them to use it. Yet if they use it, this power has its effect in sacramental acts, because therein man acts only as God's instrument, so that sacramental effects are not precluded on account of any fault whatever in the person who confers the sacrament.

On the other hand, the power of jurisdiction is that which is conferred by a mere human appointment. Such a power as this does not adhere to the recipient immovably: so that it does not remain in heretics and schismatics; and consequently they neither absolve nor excommunicate, nor grant indulgence, nor do anything of the kind, and if they do, it is invalid.

The Great Means of Salvation and of Perfection, St. Alphonsus Liguori

Prayer is a Means Necessary to Salvation.

One of the errors of Pelagianism was the assertion that prayer is not necessary for salvation. Pelagius, the impious author of that heresy, said that man will only be damned for neglecting to know the truths necessary to be learned. How astonishing! St. Augustine said: “Pelagius discussed everything except how to pray,” though, as the saint held and taught, prayer is the only
means of acquiring the science of the saints; according to the text of St. James: 'If any man want wisdom, let him ask of God, who giveth to all abundantly, and upbraideth not.’ The Scriptures are clear enough in pointing out how necessary it is to pray, if we would be saved. 'We ought always to pray, and not to faint. Watch and pray, that ye enter not into temptation. Ask, and it shall be given you.'

“It is certain, in contradiction to the blasphemies of Luther and Calvin, that God does not impose a law that is impossible to be observed. On the other hand, it is certain, that without the assistance of grace the observance of the law is impossible; as Innocent I declared against the Pelagians when he said, “It is certain, that as we overcome by the aid of God, so without his aid we must be overcome.” [2] Pope Celestine declared the same thing. Therefore, if God gives to all men a possible law, it follows that he also gives to all men the grace necessary to observe it, whether immediately, or mediately, by means of prayer, as the Council of Trent has most clearly defined: “God does not command impossibilities; but by commanding he admonishes you both to do what you can, and to ask for that which is beyond your power, and by his help enables you to do it.’ [1] Otherwise, if God refused us both the proximate and remote grace to enable us to fulfil the law, either the law would have been given in vain, or sin would be necessary, and if necessary would be no longer sin, as we shall shortly prove at some length.”

Such assistance is intrinsically and gravely evil; for (a) if the worship is non-Catholic in its form (e.g., Mohammedan ablutions, the Jewish paschal meal, revivalistic ‘‘hitting the trail,’’ the right hand of fellowship, etc.), it expresses a belief in the false creed symbolized; (b) if the worship is Catholic in form, but is under the auspices of a non-Catholic body (e.g., Baptism as administered by a Protestant minister, or Mass as celebrated by a schismatical priest), it expresses either faith in a false religious body or rebellion against the true Church.”

The SSPX, like the rest of the Novus Ordo, were already excommunicated, so those imposters pretending to be leaders of the Church have no jurisdiction: "...because the sentence of that man who had already shown that he himself should be removed was not able to remove anyone." #Catholic
But if anyone has either been excommunicated or stripped of episcopal or clerical dignity by Bishop Nestorius or by those who follow him, after they began to preach such things [heresy], it is manifest that such a person has continued firmly and still continues firmly in Our communion, and We judge him not to have been removed: because the sentence of that man who had already shown that he himself should be removed was not able to remove anyone." [Pope St. Celestine I, To John Of Antioch, 430]

"Nevertheless, lest the sentence of him who had already called down a divine sentence upon himself should appear to have force even for a time, the authority of Our Apostolic See has openly ordained that no bishop, cleric, or Christian of any profession, who were deposed from their position or from communion by Nestorius and those of his ilk from the time they began to preach heresy, is to be seen as either deposed or excommunicated. But all these have been and until now remain in Our communion, because he who stumbled in preaching such things was not able to depose or remove anyone." Fifth Lateran Council, Session 5:"[if] the election of the Roman pontiff is made or effected by...simony...a true and unquestionable heresy...the one elected is not [to be]regarded by anyone as the Roman pontiff." #Catholic crusader.surge.sh/popes/julius... www.papalencyclicals.net/councils/ecu...
Julius, bishop, servant of the servants of God, for an everlasting record. From a consideration that the detestable crime of simony is forbidden by both divine and human law..[if] the election of the Roman pontiff is made or effected by the person who is elected, or by one or several members of the college of cardinals, giving their votes in a manner that in any way involves simony being committed..by the person elected or by one or several other persons..even if the election resulted in a majority of two-thirds or in the unanimous choice of all the cardinals, or even in a spontaneous agreement on the part of all, without a scrutiny being made, then not only is this election or choice itself null, and does not bestow on the person elected or chosen in this fashion any right of either spiritual or temporal administration, but also there can be alleged and presented, against the person elected or chosen in this manner, by any one of the cardinals who has taken part in the election, the charge of simony, as a true and unquestionable heresy, so that the one elected is not regarded by anyone as the Roman pontiff.

..the person elected in this manner is automatically deprived, without the need of any other declaration, of his cardinal’s rank and of all other honours whatsoever..the elected person is to be regarded as an apostate and, like Simon, a magician and a heresiarch..election of this kind is never at any time to be made valid by a subsequent enthronement or the passage of time, or even by the act of adoration or obedience of all the cardinals..It shall be lawful..withdraw without penalty and at any time from obedience and loyalty to the person so elected even if he has been enthroned.. avoid him as a magician, a heathen, a publican and a heresiarch...
Those who break off obedience to him are not to be subject to any penalties and censures for the said separation, as though they were tearing the Lord’s garment.. https://www.papalencyclicals.net/councils/ecum18.htm

Since, however, it would be very tedious, in such a volume as this, to reckon up the successions of all the Churches, we do put to confusion all those who, in whatever manner, whether by an evil self-pleasing, by vainglory, or by blindness and perverse opinion, assemble in unauthorized meetings; [we do this, I say,] by indicating that tradition derived from the apostles, of the very great, the very ancient, and universally known Church founded and organized at Rome by the two most glorious apostles, Peter and Paul; as also [by pointing out] the faith preached to men, which comes down to our time by means of the successions of the bishops. For it is a matter of necessity that every Church should agree with this Church, on account of its pre- eminent authority, that is, the faithful everywhere, inasmuch as the apostolical tradition has been preserved continuously by those [faithful men] who exist everywhere." To exclude the Church, founded by God Himself, from life, from laws, from the education of youth, from domestic society is a grave and fatal error. A State from which religion is banished can never be well regulated; and already perhaps more than is desirable is known of the nature and tendency of the so-called civil philosophy of life and morals. The Church of Christ is the true and sole teacher of virtue and guardian of morals. She it is who preserves in their purity the principles from which duties flow, and, by setting forth most urgent reasons for virtuous life, bids us not only to turn away from wicked deeds, but even to curb all movements of the mind that are opposed to reason, even though they be not carried out in action.

There is a deep truth, and a most substantial one, hidden under these great words, and yet they may easily be understood in a sense in which they would not be true. They are the expressions of an excellent devotion, striving to assist the feebleness of our understandings to a true conception of Mary's grandeurs. They are accuracies, not exaggerations. Yet they need cautious wording and careful explanation.”

“For one like you [St. Peter Damian] who has so raised the arm of the spirit against the obscenity of lust, has surely subdued the savagery of the flesh. This execrable vice sets one far apart from the Author of virtue who, since He is pure, admits of nothing that is impure. Nor can one who will subject himself to sordid pleasure share in His company. Clerics, indeed, whose most impure life you in your prudence have lamentably and also intelligently discussed, verily and most assuredly will have no share in His inheritance, from which by their voluptuous pleasures they have withdrawn. If they lived purely, they would be called, not only the holy temple of the Lord, but also His very sanctuary, in which with snow white splendor the illustrious Lamb of God is offered, by whom the foul corruption of all the world is washed away. Such clerics, indeed, profess, if not in words, at least by the evidence of their actions, that they are not what they are thought to be... he who does not attack vice, but deals lightly with it, is rightly judged to be guilty of his death, along with the one who dies in sin.”

What was decreed "essential and therefore required for validity" with regard to the rite of Episcopal Consecration in 1947, Antipope Paul VI changed in 1968. The new rite invalidates the consecration for anyone who uses it, and any subsequent rites that require a Bishop to be performed.
“The Catholic Faith professes that the Sacrament of Order instituted by Christ, by which are conferred spiritual power and grace to perform properly ecclesiastical functions, is one and the same for the universal Church; for, just as Our Lord Jesus Christ gave to the Church but one and the same government under the Prince of the Apostles, one and the same faith, one and the same sacrifice, so too He gave her but one and the same treasury of efficacious signs of grace, that is, Sacraments. For these Sacraments instituted by Christ Our Lord, the Church in the course of the centuries never substituted other Sacraments, nor could she do so, since, as the Council of Trent teaches (Conc. Trid., Sess. VII, can. 1, De Sacram, in genere), the seven Sacraments of the New Law were all instituted by Jesus Christ Our Lord, and the Church has no power over “the substance of the Sacraments,” that is, over those things which, as is proved from the sources of divine revelation, Christ the Lord Himself established to be kept as sacramental signs...

As to the matter and form in the conferring of each Order, We of Our same supreme Apostolic Authority decree and provide as follows: In the Episcopal Ordination or Consecration... the form consists of the words of the ‘Preface,’ of which the following are essential and therefore required for validity: ‘Perfect in Thy priest the fullness of Thy ministry and, clothing him in all the ornaments of spiritual glorification, sanctify him with the Heavenly anointing.’”

"..a heretic who is bound by the ipso facto excommunication attached to the delict of heresy, but who has not been personally dealt with by the judicial authorities of the Church; he has been excommunicated by the law itself, but has not been sentenced by ecclesiastical officials." #Catholic
“... a further distinction must be made which will constatly recur, between the sentenced and the unsentenced heretic. The latter is a heretic who is bound by the ipso facto excommunication attached to the delict of heresy, but who has not been personally dealt with by the judicial authorities of the Church; he has been excommunicated by the law itself, but has not been sentenced by ecclesiastical officials. The former is a heretic whose delict has come to the official notice of the Church, has been proved in judicial process, and has been made the basis of either a condemnatory or declaratory sentence.”

"What is required by divine law for this appointment [to the office of the Primacy]-a man who possesses the use of reason-a member of the Church. Heretics and apostates are therefore excluded-Loss of office-Notorious heresy-he would, by divine law, fall from office without any sentence-" #Catholic
“III. Appointment to the office of the Primacy [i.e. papacy].

1- What is required by divine law for this appointment: (a) It is required that the appointment be of a man who possesses the use of reason — and this at least because of the ordination the Primate must receive to possess the power of Holy Orders. Indeed, this is required for the validity of the appointment.

Also required for validity is that the appointment be of a member of the Church. Heretics and apostates (at least public ones) are therefore excluded. ...

2- Loss of office of the Roman Pontiff. This can occur in various ways: ...

c) Notorious heresy. Certain authors deny the supposition that the Roman Pontiff can indeed become a heretic.

It cannot be proven however that the Roman Pontiff, as a private teacher, cannot become a heretic — if, for example, he would contumaciously deny a previously defined dogma. Such impeccability was never promised by God. Indeed, Pope Innocent III expressly admits such a case is possible.

If indeed such a situation would happen, he [the Roman Pontiff] would, by divine law, fall from office without any sentence, indeed, without even a declaratory one. He who openly professes heresy places himself outside the Church, and it is not likely that Christ would preserve the Primacy of His Church in one so unworthy. Wherefore, if the Roman Pontiff were to profess heresy, before any condemnatory sentence (which would be impossible anyway) he would lose his authority.”
