I'm stuck between 3 different versions of this design. What do you all think? I'm planning on doing some other changes, but I'm trying to figure out what direction is better to go in. #halloween #samhain #merch #design

The First Born has a car and is driving. Thankfully, her grandpa knows how to fix up cars. Otherwise, I'd be worried.

I hate this... I'm trying to paint a new style that I've never done before (impasto). I feel like I can do better, but only have so many black canvases. I need to be more careful of the design and layout... Or maybe just finish it. I don't know. I'm incredibly demotivated to continue with this.

I'm not about raining on anybody's parade, but this is a reality that some people just refuse to face. My first July 4th home after being in Iraq, I hid in my parent's basement with the dogs. Having a flashback in the middle of a party is the worst feeling ever.

Oh, Sony... You just feel the need to keep living up to the "Greedy Corporation" trope. 29s

He's not growling. He's literally sleeping with his lip curled up. This is what I woke up to a few months back.

My Optimus Prime didn't come with his plasma cannon. So, I 3D printed one. It's too big, but it fits in his hand... Honestly, I'm okay with how badass it looks.

So I finished the 7th Guest Remake. Yes, I found the one negative about it... I love this game! It's so good to get into so many original and interesting puzzles to solve. The method used to film the video parts in full 3D are truly amazing! Yes, those are actors filmed in 3D that you can walk /1

Had to take my mind off of things, so I tried my hand at coloring a mini-fig that I printed recently... I've never done this before. Kinda happy with it. I think I'll add some highlights. #minifig #mini #paint #cyber #figure

Yeah... Me too, buddy. Me too.

A 3D printed action figure of OP's original character laid out on the table before being put together.

Lee Drake @crowjandesigns.com · 24/04/2026

So, the action figure is 90% done. Having to put it together, the Plant-Based resin is not a good resin to use for this. It's WAY too brittle and it needs to flex more than it does. Looks like I'll be investing in some Tough Resin 2.0

My kid is a big FNAF fan and loves the Puppet. So, I printed this little desk ornament for him. Now, I just gotta paint it up, let it dry, and it'll be ready!

Here it is. The Mr. Bright-Eyes action figure is designed. Now just to get it printed. #3dprint #resin #character #design

The second print is in the books. I gave it a base coat of paint and a copper dry brush. In the morning, I'll give it a patina. Either way, it turned out better than I was hoping.

Lee Drake @crowjandesigns.com · 22/04/2026

I'm designing a Mr. Bright-eyes action figure. For those that don't know, it's the character that I played when I did Haunted Houses. I have two options to do his jacket. I can do the old-school fabric jacket, or I can sculpt it onto his back. Choices... Choices...

First solo print on a 3D resin printer. It turned out phenomenal! They're not perfect, but they're still really good for someone who has only worked on somebody else's filament printer. Now just to see if a more complex model turns out as good. But, for now... I'm cool with this victory.
