I haven’t rolled credits yet (so close), but Well Dweller is an immaculate metroidvania. Somehow, some way, @kylethompsondev.bsky.social keeps on proving over and over he’s one of the best working in the scene. I know September has been and continues to be stacked, but drop everything and play it.

Well Dweller is one of 2026’s best games full stop. @kylethompsondev.bsky.social has once again proved that he is a master of the metroidvania genre. Incredible visuals, epic bosses that would make From Soft jealous, and impeccable level design make it the easiest recommendation ever.
