I made a word search for today's #Enigmarch puzzle, but I was too busy building my Lego Botanicals, I forgot to add the letters to the centre of the grid. Thankfully it still looks to be solvable so it all worked out. Sorry, no online version this time, the puzzle was too big for Penpa to share :-(

For today's #Enigmarch puzzle I've created a Colour Nonogram. Despite being a popular nonogram variant, it's one I've experimented with much before. It's also a much larger grid than I usually prefer setting. Both made for an interesting learning experience. Solve online - tinyurl.com/2bzo634h

Got the keys to our new home today. Still a lot of work to do, but nice to have a place (and a garden) of our own & look forward to making it into somewhere cosy for the many years ahead.

I made a new puzzle. This one is a Contiguous Nonogram (aka Cross the Streams) with an extra Sudoku constraint on top. The constraints made for both a nice setting & solving flow, will definitely play with these some more. You can solve it online at tinyurl.com/2ykjd223

Rules:
Nonogram: Numbers outside the grid tell you how long each
black bar in that row/column is, in order). A? clue may
represent any positive number A * represents any number of
black bars, including 0.
Contiguous: All shaded squares must be orthogonally connected to create one single area. You may never have a 2x2 area fully shaded (this includes both the marked & unmarked 2x2 areas)
Sudoku: The grid is sub-divided into marked 2x2 areas. Each row & column of 2x2 areas must contain a different number of shaded cells (i.e. 0 shaded, 1 shaded, 2 shaded & 3 shaded).

First round of the Word Puzzle GP is over. Some really fun polyomino puzzles this time that are well worth a look. Unfortunately feeling very out of practice (not helped with the death of my go to logic puzzle site) & made a few silly mistakes I should have spotted. Oh well.

As has become tradition, we’ve made our own Advent Calendars this year from a selection box. Always scrummy & Jen did a great job on the window designs.
