I'm wondering if my low social battery is more than a side effect of my burnout. Is it a thing that as you get older that bandwidth shrinks? Every bit of socializing has become draining. Not that I don't enjoy my time with people, but I walk away feeling like it's taken everything out of me.

Been crocheting my ass off in case I am having a booth at a market a few weeks from now. Found out about upcycling t-shirts from an account on IG (jamiefaeriecrochets) and have become obsessed. Made a trial one for myself for Star Wars Day and am now thrifting and upcycling different styles.
