Thank you, Gerrit. Still amazed how you can get such a great photo at 1/1300. Do you use a tripod? I’m stumped. I’ve used 1/4000 without a tripod (stabilizers on my lens are incredible) and I still can’t get a decent shot of a hummingbird.

Thank you, Paul. 😊 Yep, I noticed that many of the oystercatchers flying into Fisherman’s Cove CA at the inlet were banded, but I didn’t see as many banded ones on shoreline adjacent to the ocean. However, I did see a few nesting there. 😂 on the bling!
