Losing it today. Running on 2 hours of sleep, one of the computers went down at the day job, which had the email login that no one else here atm has. It also had all the software for schedules and orders. Had to install different program to remake everything from the ground up after coming in early.

Today we ended up having to go through several spiraling searches in order to work on a concept for a construct creature. Searches that lead us to a rough understanding of how someone could theoretically build a low tech / medieval or 16th century war machine.

Side note any characters you never get to play yourself in a #ttrpg can become NPCs or even characters for a book / comic. So make sure you save them and your notes on them. You never know when an old project can add some flair to what you have going on now!

Going to do a write up for it later under #worldbuilding for the #ttrpg and #homebrew people over on our patreon. But we decided that our setting has a group of druids dedicated to preserving seeds as they learned the new plant grown has all the memories of the plant it came from.

Update, decided to limit the color palette for this project a bit. So fabrics and leather are limited to the 5 most common shades of the 1600s for each chosen color. Because anyone that knows us, knows we would just keep going. Currently picking out fleshtones now, also with limited pallete.

Yes many of them are going to be different colors but same material in general but we wanted to have them separated out rather than changing the color each time we work with it for different things. Might be a bit overboard but it feels necessary now. Wish us luck.

So after doing some research. It looks like we are going to start our personal #Blender library with 22 custom materials. Of which there is gonna be way to many colors. 22 being the base, not counting variants for dull, polished, semi transparent etc. So basically we are never gonna be done.

On today's episode of sh*t my coworkers do at my day job. One of them brought in this pocket torch that extends the flame about 4 ot 6 inches when on max. "For the bathroom" This place is going to be the death of me in some sort of absurd way I swear.

Its finally done!!!! The last chunk of Quick Quest Ideas volume 2 has been written and digitized so it can be typed out later. That marks a total of 200 quest ideas between volume 1 and 2. We came up with these to help #writers and the #ttrpg community build more stories by providing a start point.

Both love and hate how specific armor can be. Like if someone has the general idea of what things are named (theres so many different parts and types) I can just say " a scaled leather half brigandine with an oversized gorget " and they can get the general idea.
