This is why I am unhappy. I wanted to use it. Will be pointless by the time I get the chance. haha

The Shout feature on Twitch is going to be KIA before I even have access to it if all streamers do with it is Shout they are going live and everyone starts to block it. If people want a Going Live notification on Twitch they would have theirs on for your channel. It already exists. Streamers. 🤦‍♂️

Did a bunch of body weight squats while walking in the back yard. Did 10-20 a set every lap. Did waaaaaaay to many. Going to feel that in a day or two. Gotta get ready for my chance to play guard for the Packers though, I'm only 49 after all so I know I am on their list. 👍

Jerry Kramer is only 90. I look forward to them trying to talk him out of retirement to try him at guard this season as well.

Starting to get some interest from devs in this. Indie game developers and small studios feel free to email me if you want more info or to ask questions. Would love to get a bunch involved again this year.

Not much to talk about this week as we are only checking out a couple/few things. This is one of them though. Sorry for the title. It had to be done. You would have done it, too. gaming.rip/posts/transp...

It lives. Again. Waffles takes full credit for getting the game PC into the new case. Without the proper amount of sniffing of the new case, before and after unboxing, it never would have worked. Fans slowed me down. Forgot how they were supposed to be wired. 🫤

Need a new GM first. One who can draft decent offensive linemen would be nice.

Lindy Infante's Packer offenses looked better.

150

Cringer @cringer.bsky.social · 25/09/2026

I have been a Packer fan since around the time Lindy Infante became coach in 1988. This Packers offense is one of the worst I have seen for this team. This offensive line is epic levels of bad.

New case for the gaming PC arrived. Old one in the background, temp one under my desk right now. Will move over the guts for the 2nd time this week starting tomorrow after the stream.

Last years show was a great time. I learned about several games I never would have known about otherwise. This is a good way to get the word out about your games.

Indie game developers and small studios/publishers: Hope to get a bunch of you involved in the 9th Annual Cringey Awards. We aren't The Game Awards but it's a good time and a great way to share your game. (Actually we are better because we like indies and small studios.) Read more below.

When you have a series of technical difficulties all in one week, it just mentally drains you. Hulk smash PC! No no, that might make it worse.

Cringer @cringer.bsky.social · 23/09/2026

Ok, new PC case ordered. Also got caught up on a couple gaming.RIP posts I was behind on. And I took a nap. It's kind of been productive. Better than yesterday at least.

Cringer @cringer.bsky.social · 22/09/2026

It lives. It f'n lives. Had to move everything inside over to another, smaller case. Smaller case meant some creative cramming of the crap inside. Now to keep an eye on temps. Probably need to order a new case. And this room is a giant mess now. 👀

If the wire fits it must go there right? It's the missing wires I wonder about. 🤨 I am sure this will all be fine.

Cringer @cringer.bsky.social · 22/09/2026

My spare PC case is a little too small to get things set up the same way as the gaming PC, so having to get a little creative. Not sure it will work. 😐 Hell, I'm not even sure I remember how to wire certain parts up again. 🤣

So this is the gaming PC right now, 7 PM my time. Small chance this could impact the stream tomorrow. 😐

The Packers trying to do a hail mary is kind of funny when they can't keep defenders off Love long enough to run 15 yr routes. 😵‍💫

If only there was some kind of training period before a season, a kind of pre-season one could call it, in which these things could be looked at over several weeks. Oh well....

I only know my own local options. Dallas/Houston games shoved down my throat. That's why I love the choice now. I watch RedZone on Sundays & replays later on. Blackouts to force people to go to a game 100 miles away in a tax payer funded stadium is a different topic. That's been dumb a long time

Cringer @cringer.bsky.social · 14/09/2026

Which is why I quoted & commented on a post w/ a bunch of angry, irrational responses. I couldn't just accept it & move on. Ok, couldn't resist. You set that one up though. 😀 Credit to you for legit discussing it though. I'll continue to enjoy watching more NFL games than ever possible, thanks.

I don't get the complaints, I liked several parts of the F1 race in Madrid. I liked the shots of the track from a distance, it was nice looking. I liked the part where they started it. I liked the part where McLaren had awesome strategy again. And I really liked when they ended it.

050

Cringer @cringer.bsky.social · 14/09/2026

I debate it because I find it odd that people think all games should be easy & cheap/free to watch when that has never been close to reality. I find much of the spreading out of games silly, like the Wednesday start this year. But I don't get upset, I just don't watch if it's an inconvenience
