His name is Ocullus. Hes the first boss of the game and from his point of "view" he thinks you should "watch" out. You wouldn't want to "see" him angry. Hes keeping an "eye" on you. You're in his "sights" so to speak.

No. The game world is inspired by classic fire emblem and is structured like it. A series of levels/arena's connected by cutscenes and a linear story/campaign. The game is about strategy and puzzles. For discovery and exploration go play terraria ^^.
