Awe man I got slightly screwed on the jeep/tdi parts deal. Got the wrong transmission, they said it was the ax15, turns out its the nv3550. Also has a SYE but I dont need one. The wiring harness is the fast forward one instead of the coty one I wanted. It all still works though.

Update, i felt really bad about the situation and my mom told me she never paid for her drinks. So i went back to offered to pay and apologize. Bartender saw everything, understood the situation and said I only scared that lady and her boyfriend was being an ass about it.

Current plan No 996, until I have my jeep driveable minus tdi swap, but have tdi swap parts ready to go. And CRX is trackable. I am currently organizing a pickup of an amc 2.5l to get my jeep back on the road to drive and prep it for the tdi swap so its not a huge project at once

found a really nice 996.2 that has really good service records, and seller has been getting oil analysis and inspected bores themself and stated they were good. Get sent the reports. I immediately notice irregularities that the engine is starting to score. Mannn, I was really close to getting this
