Man, how come I can't get thousands of likes and reposts when I post about how much I love Godzilla? I *want* to contribute to the "Godzilla is Awesome" Discourse, damn it, if only you all would let me!

Sooo, things have happened in August, and all of it less than ideal. TL:DR of it all, I'm revamping my commissions because I'm out of a job. The job I had lined up for August royally messed up hiring me, I can't get my old one back, and I need $500 a month to break even.

I got left unemployed by a gas station and need to make $500 to break even

followup to dream phone design, took some ideas from people I liked. It's not designed for everyone but it's designed for me specifically and I'm mad it doesn't (and will likely never) exist

a sketch design for a smartphone
Has: De-googled OS, 60hrzm 64gb storage, 5 inch display, 1080p, OLED screen, plastic body, bluetooth, widgets, rubber corners, two programmable buttons, single hinge camera that flips up for selfies, removable battery, headphone jack, USBC charging, loop in corner for charms, SD memory slot, and clear plastic back so you can put in your own design or something idk

Does not have: AI, face recognition, turn-on on lift, mandatory updates

My entry for the #fakemon tournament that @n0rtist.bsky.social is hosting. Based on the opposite birds of the cretaceous, Antiornis is a Flying/Poison type that represents the dinosaur like dragon types transition. It appears to have adopted the toxic effects of the amber, replacing its origin type.

This is disgusting WORSE it runs privately, privately giving you results so people can steal without mods being able to KNOW & BAN you for it We dont want this. Its not just Domo, you added other AI apps doing similar shit We can discard you and move elsewhere if thats what you want @discord.com

This is absolutely fucking disgusting Discord

I feel so gross, I had to use a test account to see if any permissions could be set to stop Domo AI in my own discord server so you wouldn't have to. There's nothing, I disabled Application Commands, Activities, Use of External Apps. All three disabled. Disable external apps my ass.

It is run completely clientside. You give the application your own personal account's permission to use it. Then when you try to click on an image and generate AI slop bullshit, it runs completely privately. It privately sends you the results. It privately generates content. No one knows you ran the command. It allows for people to steal without anyone knowing, thus making it harder for mods to ban bad actors for using it.

No one wants this. No one wants this forced upon us and you just made us protecting our art communities an even worse nightmare. Make this opt-out, remove it from the app. Get your shit together.

Vengey:
Testing something right now to see if there is a WAY to disable or combat that bullshit Domo AI thing discord implemented, just want to see if this "prevent external apps" permission prevents this stupid thing from working to protect our servers

*Picture of Hide the Pain Harold*
Eww fucking bullshit
Worse part of all is that it is completely private too

You can see how it's not even showing up for anyone else, just my test account I sacrificed just to see if my permissions would break it or bypass it from being able to do anything but it didn't do shit, so you can literally just fucking steal art with no one knowing the wiser so you can't even BAN someone who uses the command or application, and there's no permission you can toggle to prevent it from happening

*Picture taken from my test account "vengeyBeTestingThings" where I clicked just told it to make a sepia image JUST TO TEST IF THE DISCORD PERMISSIONS PREVENTED IT FROM SENDING ANYTHING TO THE CHANNEL AND IT WAS ABLE TO BYPASS EVERYTHING AND STILL GENERATE IT, it all spits out messages LOCALLY to the user, no sign that it was ever ran on the server*

Proof that I had Use Application Commands off, Use Activites Off and Use External Apps off

Other "Edit Image with Apps" options such as Roast that has an AI bot "make fun of your photos", and FaceSwap using AI alongside Domo Restyle
