I'm sorry it completely slipped my mind to include alt text on this, so I added it here!

Comic page 1 of 3. There is a small devil character representing myself sitting in the bottom left corner, with a background that is a pattern of hearts alongside a vine plant flourish design. The colors are a mostly pastel blue, pink, and purple, with a small amount of yellow.

The text at the top of the page reads as follows:
My Dermatomyositis still negatively and irreversibly impacts my everyday life.
However, I have learned to not linger on being bitter, to not make my body the enemy.
Instead I have learned to be thankful for what I can do, for what I do have.

Comic page 2 of 3. The small devil character representing myself sits among a subtle background dot tone flower and other abstract shapes. The colors are a muted pastel gradient of pinks, blues and yellows.

The text above this reads as follows:
I often take the time to appreciate how fortunate I am to still be able to pursue my creative work, despite the unfortunate hand I was dealt.
Instead of being caught up in frustration with my disabilities limiting me greatly, I treat myself gently and patiently.
I am lucky to be surrounded by friends and loved ones who understand me and are mindful of my wellbeing, too.

Comic page 3 of 3. The small devil character representing myself now stands facing the viewer with his eyes closed, holding a colorful rainbow pastel gradient heart. Behind him is almost akin to an explosion of pastel color and abstract flower-like shapes, along with vine-like growths. There is a splatter of blue in the top left corner and small pink dot tone hearts that are beside him. Behind all of this surrounding the piece is a subtle dot tone orchid flower.

The text above this reads as follows:
My body is my own. It is all that I have, and it deserves love and care.
Both for better and for worse, I would not be the same person today if I had not randomly developed my disability.
It is part of who I am forever, and I love being me.
At the end of it all, there is no one I'd rather be.

Thank you,
-Creeps

I visited the mural I worked on in 2019 in Chicago this past week, but unfortunately it'd finally been tagged after all these years of staying unscathed! So I decided to do some reclaiming of my own ;]

I won't lie, Quinn kinda ended up replacing Zoey's niche for a few reasons. But I would like to try bringing back Zoey in my artwork more in the near future.
