Why do we ONLY see Vernon & Anita when some mess happens with their kids & grandkids???? The 180 this show has done from what they promoted. They need to reel it back around to what the core of it was about in the beginning & that is the Dupree family. #BTG #BeyondTheGates

Chile, why is Hayley all up in Bill's hospital room???? Ain't his ass a lawyer???? Shouldn't he have already gotten a restraining order AND filed for divorce from her??? The storyline is ALL messed up! #BTG #BeyondTheGates

The Jasmine Guy age shaming is so, so sad, disappointing & embarrassing. Instead of being happy for the reboot of #ADifferentWorld & being happy that this legend & icon is still with us & able to share her talents with us, the focus is on her looks. She is 64 & looks beautiful😍 I need folks to STOP

Brandy stepped out with her debut album & changed the game with a fresh, soulful sound - the year was 1994. She quickly became Moesha, Cinderella & The Vocal Bible & SO much more. 👑 I've had this cassette since 94! 💕 32 Years of my fave, BRANDY - Happy Anniversary 🎉

I def didn't watch the #VMAs But I'd like to know if the George Michael tribute have any Black performers in it??? Cause these award shows love to throw a White performer in a tribute to a Black artist. But hardly ever have a Black performer in a tribute to a White artist.

Dani was gonna figure things out one way or another but Naomi (the so-called lawyer) should've BEEN put 2 & 2 together. She should've been more concerned about Bill than Dani has been. They got Dani still clamoring over Bill's ass & I hate it. #BTG #BeyondTheGates

My heart just breaks for Nolan's mother & father. So heartbreaking. 😢💔 OUR suspicions are very valid & something terrible happened to him. He did NOT drown. If this was a White kid in an all Black friend group that came up dead things would've been handled so differently. Smh. 😔

I'm all for honoring the great George Michael at the #VMAs give him his flowers! 💐 But MTV could also honor/tribute my girl Aaliyah too, it's the 25th anniversary of her passing. 🕊 She was a staple at MTV, from hosting to appearances on so many of their shows. But that's too much for MTV to do.

There is no reason for Anita to keep bending to give Leslie what she wants. She should've went off on Tracy & Sharon & not gave tf in! Leslie ain't had to take any accountability & has gotten away with being terrible & she keeps getting her way. It's all bs! #BTG #BeyondTheGates

Nicole was right to tell Joey to get his damn sister & none of it is Vanessa's business. Like girl, you don't even know Joey's sister that well to be telling Nicole that ole girl is alright & not a problem. Just go mind your lil business for your feelings get hurt even more. #BTG #BeyondTheGates

I hardly watch any of the TV & Film award shows like #TheEmmys & definitely don't watch many of them shows that get nominated since I pretty much only watch Black shows (aka Black-led shows) & those award shows don't find our stuff worthy so there's that. 😞

000

Creshia @creeluv314.bsky.social · 15/09/2026

I didn't know #TheEmmys was coming on today but I also don't watch it, so there's that. I just only want to tune into the "In Memoriam".

The healthcare system definitely sucks. Many of these doctors & medical groups suck too! These doctors don't ever want to fill out FMLA or disability paperwork. It's next to impossible taking a mental health leave, I just don't know how people do it.

Creshia @creeluv314.bsky.social · 09/09/2026

Being a single person with no kids & financially struggling sucks. I'm never eligible for any type of assistance, be it food or financial. My pre-tax income looks good, but my take home income is not enough to pay all my bills nor buy groceries. It sucks so much! 😔

Creshia @creeluv314.bsky.social · 09/09/2026

I'm bout sick of Sharon & Tracy! Why tf do they need to add Barbara's voice to a song??? Anita better not give in to them & give Leslie a damn producer credit. I need her to stand her ground, she know's who she's dealing with concerning Leslie, those 2 don't. #BTG #BeyondTheGates

Naomi said the Dupree's are one of the most powerful families in the country, when she was talking to Martin. CHILE please, they can't even control Leslie's ass! This soap is so dumb man & has not lived up to what they presented to us in the beginning. Smh. #BTG #BeyondTheGates

It's so crazy that the jury couldn't come up with a verdict. But of course, if this was a Black woman her postpartum issues wouldn't matter & (in fact, it has been a Black woman before & the jury easily came up with guilty). The amount of sympathy White women always get...😔🙁
