New open source project: Comicstash. After a year of work I decided to open up the development I am doing on my comic book tracker, Comicstash. It started as a #rails web application but then I moved to #flutter and #dart. I release the current usable version on my own forge. It is #localfirst […]

@plexus love using launchpad, stepped into a project with cljs as well and wanted to use launchpad to manage the shadow-cljs for me, but passing the :app id from shadow-cljs results in a nullpointer... any tips?

@schwaigbub I expected very little from it, as I live in a city, but it has awesome connectivity

@schwaigbub I bought a sensecap t1000-e. It was for meshtastic, but a quick firmware update connected it to meshcore

Truly amazed at the reach of #meshcore. My small node picks up repeaters kilometers away, which allows it to connect to other nodes spanning almost 400km at the moment.

You can do anything in #Emacs. I built (a start) of a comicbook tracker using #vulpea and #vui.el. It uses metron.cloud to pull in the metadata.

The name "tsjoch" is a frysian word, it has multiple meanings, first it commonly means cheers, so a hat tip to anyone using it. Another meaning, in the Frisian anthem is to rise up, in this case to take a stand against the algorithms.

@ctietze @nikitonsky I believe prot made Doric themes to be less colorful as well, so it should be relatively easy. I use doom themes, but probably should switch to modus as it is included in emacs

RE: infosec.exchange/@gtronix/116033717… But like jazz, this is an illusion: the initial demands hides a simple truth: make a small change to understand me, Emacs tells you, and then you can spend the rest of your life changing me to meet your needs.

@ctietze I have one for M-x, but otherwise have stayed away from it. At first I went all in, but in practice it did not help as much as I thought. Home row mods (Ctrl, alt, shift, super) are the greatest change I have made. And I have dedicated keys for ({[, I use those a lot as well (obviously)

Arjen :emacs: :linux: @credmp.fosstodon.org.ap.brid.gy · 04/02/2026
@ctietze I actually use home row mods, I have an ergodox keyboard and have pretty much remapped everything into max 4 rows of keys, home row mods being the most effective change I have made.
