Moving Forward I'm back home and back in the cage. I still need to sit down with Monsieur, but he's been supportive throughout.

Feelings I feel naked—there’s no soft wrapping around my nub. I also feel bad. I should have been more careful, and ultimately, this has been a failure to meet my personal goals. Being away from home makes it worse. Not being caged feels like I’m missing a part of home I carry with me everywhere.

Why Monsieur and I have a trust-based approach. I unlock when needed—showering, rinsing the cage, or when it hurts. This time, I needed to wash the cage more thoroughly and put it in the dishwasher. I had an early train to catch and forgot to put it back on.

Conclusion With a little preparation, I’ve been doing sports in chastity for years. This thread is built on personal experience, and for sure does not encompass everyone's experience. I'd be glad to hear more about people's approach in comments or DM.

Safety (Again) Even small movements make your nub move a bit. When in sportswear, this movement strains your nub. Pain isn’t always instant. Issues can develop slowly or even without pain. You should look after yourself here, and consider that chastity may be an issue sometimes. Health comes first.

Comfort Exercise puts strain on your body. And your nub is no exception, it experiences strain as well. Make sure the cage is close to your body, and that you are comfortable in your underwear.

Surroundings Your cage might be visible, just like in everyday life. For instance, when I climb, my harness creates a bulge, but I’ve never felt out of place. Leggings or swimsuit are more revealing, and I avoid them around friends.

Lockers Will people notice? Maybe. I change at the gym, sometimes with friends. As much as I love jockstraps, they are a no-go. I stick to white briefs, which I use when around family.

Even on the side, the brief just seems normal. It is pumping a bit, that's all.

The brief presents a small bump, but nothing really noticeable.

Exercise From my experience, you can do almost any sports while locked. I climb (indoors and outdoors), cycle, run, swim, and hike, without issues.

Safety first If it hurts, stop. Use your emergency key if needed. Take your time. Talk to someone you trust when possible and when you feel comfortable about it.

Comfort I love it. I can now lay on my stomach, and the cage in not in the way. In pants there's not even a slight pressure. In addition, when being a big spoon, the cage doesn't hit my Husband, which is great. Much of an improvement.

Build quality The cage is in plastic, 3d printed, and smooth. Plastic is light. I tend to prefer metal, even though I have not worn one in ages. But the security frenzy in public places and in TSA make it so I would beep at every checkpoint, and that's not the most pleasant moment.

Size That s the first thing I wanted: smaller. Specifically, the length, which now stands at 34mm. The size of the ring is the same 39mm. The diameter of the "shaft" is slightly smaller, which is the most challenging part when putting it on.
