I think it still needs 1 more dlc pack having the activision with the extra addition of space invaders. Activision recently got reproduction carts for the remodel 2600+ so the fact something isn't negotiated out for the biggest part of that console history is beyond strange. They got namco back!

Thinking about Atari 50 lately and it really is dawning on me how bad it is they couldn't get space invaders. When I worked at GameStop a mother thought they could play it there and the fact it's so tied in Atari 2600 history it's really fucked up the thing that made 3rd party a thing was ignored.

The show is basically structurally identical to the fugitive from the 60s. A man falsely accused of killing his wife on the run, while an investigator hunts him down. But every episode he stops to help a person in need, the hulk is identical but focused on the looniness which is very wild take.

Newgrounds and Tubi kind of became my replacement for youtube as I think the general content with what it rewards suck. I've been rewatching the incredible hulk from the late 70s and I actually forgot how good those first two episodes where. I think it going for such a melancholy edge is so smart.

Yggdra Union is easily the best fire emblem clone I've came across. This PSP game by atlus is hard as nails but it's fair most of the times with it's design. It has a fun story and really pushes it's genre. The visuals are crazy good and a great game on the go. (PSP > GBA)

GleyLancer has one of the best ost on the sega genesis and one hell of a good Shoot em up. This megadrive exclusive has a badass anime opening cutscene, fast pace gameplay, and all you could love. It's not the best of the genre on the console but finding it on wiiware was a treat

Circuit's Edge honestly got such a nice style. They add a lot of adventure game elements to it, and has kick ass music. You even gotta eat, drink, buy hacking stuff and all that shit. This cyberpunk game is based on George Alec Effinger's "When Gravity Fails". Suda51 approves liking on my twit post

Magical Puzzle Popils is not only one of the greatest GameGear games, but one of the greatest puzzle games I've played. With 100 levels and autosaving. This game is fast pace and offers a lot of depth, it even has a build your own level option. It's insane! Deserves a sequel and port badly!

Rhapsody ~A Musical Adventure~ series is a full on musical RPG! This cute quirky game has full singing music numbers. Relatively short super easy tactics rpg where the gameplay isn't the selling point where the presentation sells, not anything too deep with a goofy story but witth a lot of heart.

Metal Slader Glory on famicom is a breath taking and extremely emotional sci fi visual novel made by hal being one of the best creations of the 8 bit console. Small details like all characters having their own blips and extreme twist I don't wanna spoil. The SNES director cut recently got translated

Lastly I feel soul edge has always been the end state of what I consider the embodiment of how you imagine the ps1 looking. From the movement from grass and moveable stages. Everything this game does is what every ps1 3d fighter was building too. The arcade version is even more impressive.

Dr Slums on ps1 is by far the best looking low poly game on the ps1, it's not even close as it takes everything megaman legends does but honestly just waaaaaay fucking better. The game animates like a dream and the backgrounds are drop dead gorgeous. A kind of must play for the system visually.

Its weird with DIC tails cause some episodes and shots he looks kind of the best period and other episodes he's the ugliest freak imaginable. Though him smoking frame always goes hard af. I think about the fact his design might of been derived from his unfinished beta design.

My hot take for a while is modern tails looks ugly af. Gen and Tyson classic tails always looked off to me as well. I think I've only ever really liked how Yasushi Yamaguchi drew him in the sonic 2 concepts, I think this sort of bride eye innocent clumsy kid filled with wonder is most felt.

I think American media would get much better if so much of it wasn't made primarily in California. Atlanta, philly, new England, and states we don't think about could produce unique stuff if given a chance. Its wild Texans and Massachusetts people have to move to Cali to make it work for film/games.

Wild start but I think this was it for me. When I was at NYC they had a stray single volume issue where shadow was the king with rover chained up, it was one of those booths that sell like soda/candy so my parents got me this when it was cheap. I think this is when the rabbit hole began for me.

I still can't think of a main character for a kids franchise is so anarchist as sonic where to take down oppression he will literally kill the king shrugging it off like "guess I'm not the good guy" then goes for later in the same game on the stance the world should end is so insane to me.
