Totally agree. We'll never return to how it was but damage could be minimized if there was some sort of red-line or consequence for his actions, but there is not. Not enough.

We should push, campaign, for mail-in voting. At the least, non-whites will be harassed at polling stations and worst, antagonists will claim they observed cheating, chaos breaks out, then the station is overtaken by military.

My daughters don't go outside like I used too. I'm not sure if all the kidnappers and rapists were always there but we didn't know b/c no internet or the kidnappers and rapists grew b/c of the internet either way it just doesn't seem safe for young kids anymore.
